Has anyone done a UCC-1 in CA after 9/11 and lived to tell about it?

Since there is still profit taking on the UCC redemption or commercial solutions, I would like to know if anyone has actually done this recently in California.
If so have you also used the bond to discharge "firm offers" from the treasury and/or "accepted for value"?
Since there are individuals still producing videos and doing lectures then is anyone using these teachings in this post 9/11 environment?
The CTC gang has officially called it quits so apparently there must have been a good reason that they stopped.

I was referring to the publisher of "Cracking the Code - Redemption in Law" who when emailed told me not to do the UCC process anymore or I would go to jail.

Well let's say I know some people that know some people that have tried to tell me the "Redemption in Law" UCC-1 process isn't dead and still alive and well so they are getting rid of debt, buying cars, and absolving criminal charges - so they claim, using this process promoted now by Winston Shrout.
I think Carl Sagan said it best, "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence" so that's where I stand right now and I haven't heard a peep.
