If my Certificate of Non-Response references an Affidavit of Non-Response that may fall under state or federal jurisdiction, will that invalidate my Certificate?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o

Responses, to offers I received, had return correspondence going to a disinterested party.& My conditional acceptance was never responded to and it is now time to record their dishonor.& The challenge is just this:<o

My disinterested party does not want to sign anything that has Lord on it.& That is, he is objecting to how the date is spelled out.& Correct me if I am wrong, but if the date on an Affidavit is "<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:date Month="2" Day="16" Year="2004">February 16, 2004</st1:date>" do the devils minions take jurisdiction of it?<o

My disinterested party is not a notary.

I was under the impression that notaries were not supposed to be used as mailing agents because it is not one of there official duties?

You are correct but, i use a notary to witness my signature and i swear-in; in front of them.& I can mail it out myself.
