Since this issue has not been brought up much lately,

Who has had much success in collecting so far and what techniques can you
add?

Also, If any knows how to sell judgements or use as colleral please share.

I know that there are places on the Net that might buy them. I don't know where but, the more invoices the better right cause that would increase the value if sold.

Is a adm. judgement a negoitable instrument?
