Everyone that has used the UCC or is thinking of using it should take a serious look at this. This is what has replaced the UCC and is what should be used with reference to International Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes.

Also, get as much infomation as you can from Jean Keating. He has written a Prison Treatise that is a must read. If you have contact info for Jack Smith, I suggest you contact him and get a copy of the Treatise. Jack and Jean are working together and a lot of the missing pieces have been uncovered that are needed for using our exemption to discharge.

If anyone needs Jack Smith's contact info to get Jean's Treatise PM me and I will provide for you.
