BOE and Land Patents

Hi Ice,& I have seen you on Aware and you sent me here and I am grateful, I have a few questions if you don't mind. How do you get the BOE to work I have sent mine in ages ago with of course no reponse and hear from others that people are going to jail for doing it?? Could they of done it incorrectly?& I had mine done thru Droit Droit people.& I did not however do my mortgage thru them.& I am in forclosure and was told to do a land patent I needed a clear deed for my home, is this true?& I have down loaded your files that you told me about and if you can maybe tell me more about all of this. I have done all of Rice McLeod's methods with no luck however some are having luck with it DUH?& I think it depends a lot on the area you live in.& I am in small town american and Barney and the judge are friends and get a hair cut together (just kidding) but that is about the size of it they look at me like I am crazy woman.& Okay maybe I am but I sure as hell know more about the law then Barney does and who knows maybe more than the judge who threw out a PO that clearly states law and cases to back up the laws.& Any in site would be helpful.& I cannot lose my home (well I can but surely dont want to be homeless) which is what will happen very soon if I do not do the right thing.& I sure as hell don't expect them to do the right thing.& My car is also a problem I had asked for validation of debt on numerous occasions and was told I will never see the wet ink signature of mine (like I didn't know that) so now they are accusing me of fraud.& Thanks& Bobbie

Bobby,

Since I don't have any idea of what docs were used.. there isn't much I can assist you with.

The land patent doc in the download section should clue you in to the fact that NO JUDGE can interfer in your rights where your property is concerned.& If you&assert your rights in the land patent you could move for dismissal due to the fact that your land is free from all government administration - forever.

I would also suggest the book "Allodial Titles & Land Patents" by Johnny Liberty which is available at ICResource.com.

ICE,

I downloaded and read the Florida case doc that used a B.O.E and the case was won or dismissed.

Does that mean it can't be retried and did the lady ever get her deed to her home?

The deed isn't important when you have "Land Patent".& What do you need a deed for??& From the point that your property has been protected from foreclosure -- it is time to work on acquiring "Allodial Title".

ntellect,

If you're referring to the Sarah Fugate case in Florida she probably won because the Judge retired after that case and thus had nothing to lose by letting the truth come out. That's what I've heard, anyway.

Land Patent

Hi:

I live in NH and I would like to get a Land Patent on my property. I have exausted all my avenues. I have gone to the State Archives, Historical societys, Registry of Deeds and have spoken to a couple of lawyers. NO one knows what I am talking about.

I know that Patents exist why can't I get the information that I need? I would appreciate any help or information that would lead to getting a Land Patent on my property.

From my research, the original 13 colonies werent under the land patent.....those were actually assigned charters by the King of England (ex. William Penn received the charter for the territory now known as Pennsylvania)
the Republic of Texas also doesnt have the patents due to the fact they never ceded any lands to the federal govt.

Patents were issued for lands acquired from the Louisiana Purchase and/or conquest or Treaties.
