Can someone explain this UCC chapter?

This is from the Mississippi Code of 1972 the section concerning UCC

Quote:
SEC. 75-1-107. Waiver or renunciation of claim or right after breach.

Any claim or right arising out of an alleged breach can be discharged in whole or in part without consideration by a written waiver or renunciation signed and delivered by the aggrieved party.

Looks like it could be useful but I don't really understand the UCC enough to know.

Sadie,

Please put this Code provision in the garbage and forget about it forever. It is a basic waiver provision to relinquish one's claim/rights after they have been damaged by the other person's breach of that contract.
