Real Estate and UCC-FS

Hi everybody,


I am helping some friends with their UCC filing.& We think that it is a good idea to put the legal descriptions of their homes in the Financing Statement as the IRS is after them.&


Do you think that it should all go in one, or do you think that there should be a seperate filing just for the properties.

All the processes regarding UCC that I know of list ALL ASSETS.

Yes, this one lists all assets as well.& We all thought that since the IRS is so thick headed, that we should spell it out for them as clearly as we can.
