Last month I sent a VOD to an attorney / collection agency and have not heard anything from them. What do I do now? I read something on this site called a certificate of non-response, but have been unable to find any examples of such. Can anyone help me with taking the next step with my VOD?

If your VOD is well written like the one we have here, then you will not hear from the same collection agency again.
