Did a knowx.com&search today for ucc-related stuff about, well, me.


Using me as debtor first, then secured party, came back nothing.


What's that mean? (Trying to think of something witty here, but alas, to no avail....)

I haven't had time to follow all of the threads that are going on because they are getting to be so numerous.& So, I hope that this is not a repetative question but, do you know for sure that there is UCC stuff filed in your name?& Have you filed a UCC Financing Statement against your "strawman"?


If you haven't, that might be the reason that you haven't found anything.&


I am not trying to be stupid here, I just don't know what processes you have completed.
