New Thought

Greetings,

Any ideas on the ramifications of creating a URL out of ones social security number, e.g., 123-456-7890.com (or .org., .biz etc.), that is owned by an offshore organization or ???

In other words, who are you IRS agents looking for?

I have not researched this extensively but it raises some interesting ideas, eh?

Bob

Point is, that was my question. Looking for input on this idea.

That number establishes a certain nexus. Now if that domain is registered and the number is trademarked via a potential product, e.g., 123-45-6789 shampoo, for instance. Then any regulatory agency utilizing that number for identification purposes would have an interesting time identifying the true parties of interest, especially if the strawman name was associated with the trademarked number.

As I said, I have not researched this extensively, just asking for other ideas.

What about identity theft? Wouldn't you be putting yourself in harms way by doing that?

BobF, I believe the way to get the best perspective on this is to first state what your objective is.

I think I understand what you mean

I know a group of persons who is getting monetary gains by using a social security number with the NAME ALL CAPS of a victim attached to it. By following the money, more than a couple of big financial names are found. The IRS, FBI and other gov. institutions are not concerned about this kind of IT, and even protect it. It is known as civil conspiracy. I call it criminal conspiracy.

But the IRS would know about it and will not persecute you for it. It would cooperate with the corporate fraudsters to keep you quiet and ignorant. Those links are purposely hidden and are very hard to find.

What it is you are after with this idea, and it would be one heck of a monkey wrench to throw into the works. Sort of like the dutch workers of old that threw their wooden shoes (called sabots) into the mill machinery at the very beginnings of the industrial age, because they were losing their jobs to machinery.

The system has endured many assaults of anger and dissatisfaction, but the proper way to do things IMHO is to first read the manual, then mess with the engineering from a whole different way. Keep 'em guessing and worried.
