I'm sure I'm going to catch hell for this, but here goes:

One of BAB flunkies had lured me into the UCC-1 scam a couple of years ago. Oh how sweet it sounded! The strawman almost made sense, and the guy was a real good talker.

First he needed a copy of my BC and some #'s off my SS card, the ones on the back!(Original didn't have it, so I had to get a new one)$100 for his time. (This is were I started to really think.) SO I send it off like a good little sheep, and away we go!

I get a ucc financial paper to file, and boy it sure looks sweet. Hour after hour on the phone with this guy, man, I just knew I was going to be home free after this! I'm told how I'm going to reclaim my strawman, and I'm going to front some of my fathers old silver dollars and discharge dept left and right. I'm going to be out of the legal system, they can't touch me! IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! I'm going to go get a new car and discharge it to my treasury account, and its ALL LEGAL. Hook line and sinker!

I just happen to have a copy of the Uniform Commercial Code at home, and thought, perhaps I should look into this. I get instructions to send this to another state, apparently, my state had not heard of Barton, so they wouldn’t except it. So I do this, get it back just like he said. In the mean time,, I’m reading like hell, and looking at what he put on the form.(Its in here in a thread, but I ain’t looking for it tonight) The more I look, the more I’m seeing this just isn’t right. So I would question this guy, and “oh, your reading it wrong”, or “you need a diff. UCC”.( I know, I know, this tipped me off). Always had excuses to take other calls when the questioning got out of hand.

Ok, now I have this peace of paper stamped from another state, and I’m going to go discharge some debt! (What debt, wasn’t sure, so I thought perhaps I should go ring some up) But wait, can’t do that! We have to file some more papers. But before I do that, I want answers, which I’m just not getting. So more research I do, bring up varies things, and the guys catching on that I now know this is all B.S. I mention in a local paper a husband and wife just got brought up on charges for this exact same thing. (Of course, they did something wrong), but what I had failed to mention right away was that I knew these two, and they were getting help threw someone else attached to Barton. (That’s how I found this guy) So he went on to explain how we were going to proceed. I play'd stupid for a bit, then started bringing things up about it. Man, he was surprised And he say’s something to the effect of, “your learning”. I come back with, Have you ever heard of such and such, and the line got REAL quite. ER, um, why do you ask? I explain that that is how I found him was threw my friend who were sitting in jail for fraud. Phone goes dead. I call and call and call, no answer, next day, call, phone disconnected. U-hu.

To make a long story short, that was the end of it. Never heard from him again. Buyer Beware!

Seems like you and jumonji think that the UCC Redemption approach is a prevailing premise on this board. Well it isn't, so if you catch Hell, it sure won't be from any of the mods or Admin

I have never had the notion to rely on someone elses research to the extent you claimed you did. That could have been a big problem. I am curiou as to what the "such and such" questions were that made him shut up. Your story seems useless without it because no redeptioner is going to learn anything new from your post.
I also agree with Wies that there are not much redeptioners on this forum.

I have also noticed that many of your threads start off with your proclamation that what you just posted is going to be controvesial. It is not. There is an attitude that everyone on this forum is stupid and you are the only one to figure anything out. I hope you are not from outlaw or pacinlaw. You seem to be trying to discredit this site to promote another. Why not post some of your wins?

I saw your huge post on the UCC-1 and it seemed familiar. Like I had read it years ago. I had on militia Watch Dog. Did you write the article or did you just steal it? I have seen others ask you to cite where your posts come from and you implied that you wrote it and called the man stupid or something. Well now you've done it again. HERE IS POST FROM OTHER FORUM COPIED INTO SUIJURIS We all have google and can type in redemption and Elvick. You research sucks. I cannot believe you think of your self as follows.

Nice opening line again, the thread was "law 101" like we are all beginers and you are anything?. Why would I "love" a post again that was already posted years ago on the net.
