WITHOUT PREJUDICE
If I'm not mistaken, some legislation used to be available via www.knowledge-basket.co.nz. Currently, however: http://www.legislation.govt.nz/.

No hydrogen cars huh? Damn rumor mills. Well at least NZ scientists are going in that direction.

NZ scientists see way to replace oil
19 November 2004

New Zealand scientists have found a breakthrough method of purifying
hydrogen, using ironsands, which may help the world to develop a
clean-burning replacement for oil.

The process uses the North Island west coast's unique volcanic ironsands to
help to extract pure hydrogen from water, an Auckland newspaper reported
today.

The hydrogen could eventually replace oil in both cars and electricity
generation, eliminating carbon dioxide emissions that are blamed for global
warming.

The process of splitting water to extract the hydrogen needs a lot of
energy, but the scientists at state-owned Industrial Research Ltd (IRL)
believe the energy could be supplied by sawdust and other biomass wastes
from the forestry industry.

IRL hydrogen project manager Ian Brown said the company had applied for
patents for the technology and believed it was unique.

"People have had ideas about using iron oxides, but as far as we can tell
they have never figured out how to make it happen," he said.

"No one has got it to demonstration plant stage. No one has contemplated
using ironsands. No one has contemplated combining it with biomass
technologies.

"It's the whole package of ideas that is unique."

To my knowledge...

To my knowledge, New Zealand has invested quite a bit in geothermal power and for good reason the islands are along the "ring of fire". Most cars are rather small. Also, they are probably a bit ahead of the game when it comes to using natural for autmotive fuel [if I'm not mistaken].

okokokok

we might have gotten off topic a little, not that im complaining!!!
im always up for a bit of a change up. :-D

HONESTY:
The average person in NZ could never ever afford hydro cars!
(not ment to be mean) :-|
The majority of us still prefer our boy racers!(JAP CARS)
no offence for u v8 boyz.
I think we may be a bit ahead in conservation, cause our country is green friendly(not that other countries are trying to kill the world off ASAP)or are they???lol.

ok

As for the UCC, i still believe its here intergrated for sure, we have to register our financing statements via PPSR(thx fulltitle),im a little vague on HJR concerning NZ, was wondering if any one could break it down to me in legislative talk so i can find a NZ comparison.
PPSR= personal property security registar or registra lol always sounds funny!
to log in you have to leave ur details, after that u need to add ur organizations details and bank details!
and yes we need to use credit cards or bank debit it, though its funny cause when u join they ask u how much u would like to get debited out of ur account per month(like wat the!)
after that ur given ur account details then u can make ur financing statement and register all ur stuff.I havent done it myself cause im pooor hahaha... ill get there one day!
still for me its quite a find and im still thanking u all for all ur input!

as i progress with this mayb ill jot it all down so yall can learn a diffrent countries method.
once im all set im gonna start on OZ, i have family there so i wanna help them out too!

one more thing... using the PPSR its all about the secured party buzz...so
i was wondering "by being a secured party, are we thus sovereigns automaticaly?" if so, does any one know how to go about creating political parties and so forth? might be too much

Still much love to the bros and sises out there.
Keep up the good work cause there aint much of us out there doing lol!!! :-D
