To Record Or Not Record Sa Agreement
Some people say you should record youre SA and some say no. I would like to know if it is really necessary?

Winston Shrout suggests if you want to operate in the public, to really go into it. Why have one foot in and one foot out? I can see his point.
I think he said his is filed with the county recorder.
