I read my Bible...

...and know that the Old Text mentions redemption around 273 times. And the New Text mentions some sort of redemption around 75 times.

That wasn't my question.

(((((Let's focus)))))

In the "Rule Book" there is mention of this personal exemption to the Secretary of Treasury that can invoke the jurisdiction of the CIT for "remedy" and "recourse".

In the site; HisCovenantMinistries.org there is discussion with explanation of this "remedy" and "recourse".

Is there a chance that this "remedy" and "recourse" is so simple that we may have read/studied to hard and looked past the simple way' (the narrow path)?

kgod: Thanks for the imput!

Wargames,

I'm not sure what your getting at but doesn't Public Law 73-10 and HJR 192 cover this "Remedy", "Exemption"? There is no money to pay debts but more importantly, there is no money to create a debt in the first place.

Still there is the question of validation of a debt but that doesn't even come into play until you get a valid commercial instrument. I don't think there is a such thing as a valid commercial instrument though. At least, I've never seen one.

Weis,

I'm thinking that you are talking about "Remedy" in expatriation. My big problem with expatriation is that I am not sure who or what is expatriating from what. If it is the flesh and blood man, then how did he become a citizen in the first place without a duty to protect him or any other type of contractual agreement in force? If it is the TRADE NAME 14th Amendment citizen then it is not yours to expatriate. At least, this is the way I understand it so far.
