Boe/promissary Note Info
I don't know how many of you listen to Rice McCleod or the folks involved with the Texas Republic but I was listening to his show tonight and he had some very interesting information on the BOE and Promissary notes. Now, I will give you this information as I understand it but that may not be totally correct. So, if anybody has a good way to get in contact with Rice then it would be a good idea to get some clarification. Anyway, here gos...
There is an activation number on the birth certificate that activates the exemption at the Federal Reserve Bank that has the exemption(probably the nearest one to where you were born). If I remember correctly, the BOE and PN are supposed to be sent to the FRB. I'm not sure which of the numbers on the BC is the activation number so I do not know at present how to verify. This number should be used on the BOE and PN.
Also, we would need to send the SSA a couple of trust docs that I will upload to the website as soon as I figure out how. Basically, if this is not done, it does not appear that the BOE or PN will work even if they seem to be as everything will still be done in D.C. (where the trust is located until you sebd the trust docs).
Again, I am only passing this information along and hopefully somebody can obtain better clarification. I will upload the trust docs ASAP. Rice has stated this is still somewhat of a work in progress.

futop,
Thanks for the info and for sharing!
I have a question for you....can you prove that there is an exemption at the Federal Reserve Bank?
Also, which Federal Reserve Bank are you speaking of? There is more than one.

Proving the exemption
Jersee,
I am only passing this information along from what I heard on the Rice McCleod show last night. They are still in the beginning stages of getting all this verified. One man has supposedly done this already. If I remember correctly ( I was trying to write all this info down but he was talking pretty fast), the guy had an ID number on the BC so he called the FRB (I don't remember how he came to the conclusion on which one to use) and they had that number in their DB. So I guess he somehow activated it by using a BOE and sending it to the FRB with the ID number from the BC.
The guy that was explaining all of this on the show is supposed to be on next week with more details. Anyone can listen in on the show. I think it would be better if we can get as many people to listen as possible so we don't have just one person trying to remember everything. They also have a call-in number for questions.
Go to wwfar.com and then download the realplayer link. When the show starts at 9pm CST on Sunday nights just play the realplayer download from the site and it should connect so anybody can listen for free. They do have archives but you would have to pay for those. I try to send them FRNs when I can.

futop,
Thanks! And well understood.
Just be aware that this is their property (Federal Reserve) and any trespass could land one in shark infested waters with tuna meat around their necks.

As far as proving there is an exemption, I have none.
In regards to which FRB, Keating says that the first letter of the number sequence on the back of the SS card corresponds w/ the letter assigned to that FRB. Mine is an "E", so according to this theory, it would be Virginia I think.

compare
compare the number on the back of the SS and the one from the BC ... do they match? Wouldn't THAT be something!

Numbers on SS and BC
Seeker,
If I remember correctly (I have to keep restating that so my words are not taken heavily), Rice stated that the SSN is used for "tracking" things done for/by the trust (SS account) whereas the BC has the number for activation so they may be different. Again, the guy explaining this is supposed to be on the show again this Sunday.

SSA files
I just "uploaded" the 4 SSA files. I think I did it correctly but I don't know where they went. :(

When you want to get all the info down go to Radio Shack and get a recorder that will attach to the handset on your phone. Radio Shack personel will show you how to use it. Just record the call and that way you won't miss anything. I do this with a lot of my calls. Just let them know you are recording it. That way you can listen to it over and over to get all that has been said.

futop,
I understand what you have said--I was merely letting you know how tricky and fragile the UCC redemption game is. it takes lots of study.
good luck
