BOE question Bank trying to get auto back

I discharged an auto& through a bank with a BOE and an VOD , pre auth. Transfer& the typical disharge.& After about 2 weeks they sent me the title and the original contract stamped paid in full& no problem& now after almost a month they are saying& the funds did not post.& The auto was traded and it is now gone.& What can they do ? Waht can I do ?& please offer some&opinions&

Is the title in your name?


If so, I don't think you have anything to worry about.


This sounds similar to a 'thread' re: the mortgage company crediting the wrong account.& 'Wrong account', 'no post' THEY made the mistake of sending you the title before credit was posted . . .so I guess you're the recent owner of a&car that was recently traded.

Sounds great& thats& about what&seven others&have&thought also after i got the& original contract stamped paid in full along with the title stamped paid i traded it off, the only concern we had was a repo man& coming around& then they would hope that i wouldent take them to court in the event if i still kept it, having the title and all i figured&since they took so long& it&was processing&through, so i was an owner to do with it what i wanted.&Thanks!
