For all you nay sayers

I have a friend that has been involved in a criminal traffic situation now for quite some time. She has been using Redemption very effectively in the court. I have first hand personal knowledge of this because I have been in the courtroom at her hearings. Tomorrow she will be going in for her sixth pre trial hearing because they really do not know what to do. She has an appointed fiduciary and has not once given over jusrisdiction to the court. They have tried everything including, phsycological evaluation, contact with child and family services, to you name it to get her to admit to being the defendant and she has not done so. It is incredible to see her in action. She has Jack Smith calling her on a regular basis and has been using what is going on with her for his Monday night meetings. It has been hilarious to see what is transpiring in the court. Once this is all over I will be sharing the outcome and I will try to have the documentation from her regarding what she has been doing. By the way she has tendered a BoE to the court and is about ready to issue a bond next. I will try to keep all posted as I can.

Henry,

She kills them with kindness and always knows how to respond to the court. Her fiduciary is a court appointed attorney and this guy greets her at the elevator, walks her to the court and then afterwards walks her to the street to say goodbye. She continues to state she is there only for settlement and closure and anything the attorney thinks is best for the defendant is alright. She treats all with respect and just has a very calm spirit. The court and all others return kindness back to her. I have never seen anything like it. The attorney told her that she is a refreshing change from what he normally sees in a day. I mean, she even has helped him with his physical ailments and brings him supplements to help with that. All of us that have attended the proceedings have learned from her.
