Terrific position that both of you are taking, Rottweiler and Charles, as two brothers should. It will definitely take all of us pooling our energy, wisdom, and experience to overcome the plight that is upon us. Let us not, however, forsake or forget to mention that without the leading of the Holy Spirit, we are pretty much doomed anyway.

Charles... considering that you have indicated that Dr W is a friend of yours, then I think it sufficient to say, that I will be requesting continual updates on his situation until completion. I am excited about some of the stuff he has in the posted document, as it pointed out some things that I fell short on in my attempts.

Sure, Dr weatherly stuff works well If you can put it together and modify it to your state statue code as well as federal , is like hang jury, and stretch the case for several years or more, and other party my want to settle immediately, or dismiss their claims or both because of lack of awareness how the case will turn out base on your pleadings. In fact it put the fear on the other party attorney as well as black robe on the bench.
