Can you get a land patent for condominum?

To get a land patent for a condominium would be much harder than asserting your rights to the one that already exists.


I would imagine that if you wanted to assert your rights to the one that exists for the condominium in question you would simply have to provide&statement on the specific legal description.& Make it clear that you are not making a claim on the original patent in it entirety.


If you have not allready read the other posts on the forum discussing this issue, that would be a good place to start.& Then let us know what you figure out in regards to the condominium question.& It is a very good point that you have made.

Please keep in mind that a land patent is for land, not for the real property on the land.
