Pre book question

I just ordered CTC3 w/CD today for $100

I am reading through this post, and have logged quite a bit of time so far before I clarify this, but is it ones STRAWMAN name that they copyright? or their Christian & Surname?

I have read that you cannot copyright your Christian/Surname, but I see it used like in Jersee's VOD package. Why is the (c) used with the Christian/Surname if it cannot be copyrighted? Or can both of them be copyrighted?

read the CN carefully. It tells you that any variation is under the contract as well.

Jersee, I did read "over" yours, it was just a little small. The link SJ provided opened my eyes. I see that I actually need to copyright my STRAWMAN name, and then give them rights to bow before me by asking my permission to use it, which of course, I will never give...

The more I read this site, the more I see that if someone wants to pay some else to get them out of the trap that has been laid for them, the more evidence it lends that they are lazy and part of the problem. Also means they are going to get fleeced somewhere, since they don't even know why or what they are doing.

I did send them a letter based on Otto Skinner's stuff, but I think that the nationality thing is what I need to accomplish next. I think I read where SJ (Or someone else here) pointed out the irony of asking the Corporation (State Department) for permission to escape.

I am researching that next, but MAN, I have some reading to do.

SJ can vouch for the fact that I have lived here since joining.
