Giving the straw man a Brain

I have been at this since 1980 and was there for alot of the original UCC research doing it myself along with Roger Elvig and Ron Brakke.(ron brakke was recently involved with Pembina nation a whole other story.
make a list of your ideas copyrights and trademarks etc..This is your IP asset inventory
secure them with a UCC 1 in the following manner..on the ucc1 it asks what collateral is being covered this is where you type in Intellecual property.Attach the list of your IP assets to the UCC1 and file it..
Bingo now you really do have a Million Dollar Idea and can prove it..
Now your strawman has a Brain.I have done this and am ready to issue
Bonds in the amount of 25 million. Its called a Regulation D offering
is totally legal and accepted as LEGIT by every bank in the world..
I do not use IBOEs as I have found Zero acceptance of them anywhere
Do your homework on IP Assets the world intellecual property orginization has a huge website devoted to this ..
Why have you not heard of me before?? cause I dont write books
But others do based on my research .As Paul Harvey says
Now you know the rest of the story...

The UCC realm is not really my cup of tea, but this sounds pretty logical due to property being covered.

Is the basic premise that you have a perfected security interest and are first in line to get paid?

Could you turn it into a Grantor/grantee trust relationship using #5 on the form?

And the reg D. where can Reg D be researched more?

Is it in the UCC?

reg d

The IP assets are placed into a Trust, the trust then issues bonds based on the value of the trust (its now called by a fancy shmansy term )Special purpose vehicle

regulation D is covered by the SEC
just type in REG D to any search engine..
oh by the way its a very extensive process..lots of paperwork
but we are all used to reams of paper work

Quite legitimate stuff. I know first hand. Consider also the term "special purpose entity".

The notion is that actually put something of value in the pipeline. Truly honorable no?
