UCC Filing
I just recieved back from the Secretary of State here in Texas my UCC financing Statement which was rejected, They informed me for : Sec 405.021. FILING OR RECORDING OF FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT. Any sugestions on how to refile these docs :-?
Keep on doing what you have been doing , going to keep on getting what you have been getting

Well now, you couldn't have very well filed or recorded a document if they rejected it, could you?
(Not being a smart ass to you, rather to them)
Let me ask you this: Did they refund your payment?
If so, where's the crime?
If not, where's the fraud? (Theft by government)
Just my thoughts.

heard WVA was a lax state. they need the FRNS
I actually take an opposite approach from Remption practices in that I am more comfortable cancelling 14th Amdmt based adhesion contracts rather than accept them
If you are doing Batons method, you can do it at the state for your UCC region which covers you birth state

Does your Birth Cirtificate say that "IT" was born in Texas, or another "State?" If not Texas, then file in the region "you" were born. If Texas, then file in a different "State" within the same region.
My best to you!

There's one little thing that the Texas A.G. failed to realize: According to the Supreme Court of the United States of America (by whose decisions even he is bound), filing a lien does not require a judgement from any "Court":
"The ability to place a lien upon a man’s property, such as to temporarily deprive him of its beneficial use, without any judicial determination of probable cause dates back not only to medieval England but also to Roman times." Sniadach v. Family Finance Corp., 395 U.S. 337, 349 (1968)
You lose AGAIN, Mr. Attorney General.

Thanks, hooded50, for that valuable bit of tidbit. Of course, they only use the laws that suit them, and disregard the rest. However, there's only one Law, and we can use Him to plead our cause if we're diligent to show ourselves approved. That's not a "catch all, be all cure." As mentioned, diligence is required of each of us.
Thanks again, for the background.

Hooded50, awesome catch !!!!
However, I believe Merrils approach as you being the court of competent jurisdiction is the authorization necessary to issue a judgement lien.
Just sign it as an order as "the court"
Where's the Delegation of Authority to issue orders
Am i prohibited from issuing a judgement?
How?
Where?
Who authorizes?
