Where, in your opinion,&is the best format or instruction for a True Bill to be found? I mean example to follow.


Also, what is the proper document to use to discharge a debt using our exemption; where to see or download it? Any supporting docs which must accompany it?

While searching for the assets of some attorneys have found that some of their property is listed as personal property and they pay no taxes on them.& Three of them are Real Estate attorneys.

If they pay no taxes, it is possible they have a land patent... but that would be an unusual move for an attorney.

Why wouldn't a lawyer have a land patent?& Banks are doing it... why not lawyers?


Remember, that is land that is untouchable.& Is not a man a true king on land that is his and his alone?& What makes you think that lawyers don't believe themselves to be "kings"?

I agree.... it is just that most lawyers think they are untouchable because of their schooling, and I am sure they do not teach them anything about land patents at law school. But I could be wrong.

Some of them know&more about this stuff then we do.& Some of them know more about the issues we discuss and the tactics we are attempting to figure out then we could ever hope to know.& Some of them (and I believe there are not many) could show us some of the doors we are looking for.& I'll bet there are some that are yet learning new things... and they may be of the same mind as we... we may see some join us sooner than we think.

Then is the next step to file a commercial lien?



Then after that do you do his collection process that you're talking about?

Is it necessary that I file a UCC FS indicating the difference between ME & me to file a commerrcial lien & execute this collection process?



If it is necessary, is just the mere distinction between the two O.K. without having to worry about the SA, Indemnity, or listing stuff in space #4 of the UCC FS?
