Collecting your Debts
Please stop confusing the issues with the STRAWMAN and "flesh and blood Man" arguement. None of that is necessary to do that which we discuss.

Collecting your Debts
Iceman,
I am definitely leaning more towards operating without a UCC FS
since SJ referred me to Clyde's stuff(He be illin')..
I was confused when at the beginning of the thread the use of a UCC FS was mentioned in tandem with other UCC stuff such as commercial liens & true bills, etc...
Therefore I am not grasping the first principles of who the debtor might be in a practical example & application.
I'l cross that bridge when I get to it.

weishaupt,
If someone owes you money... they are the debtor and you are the Creditor. Note that I stated the UCC FS was just "public notice" of a debt and the lien under rule 64 has more weight. It can still be filed... but I would file it after filing a lien under the rule.
That's the practical example.
Seeker,
Lawwork(s) is what he is referring to.

Roger 'Dat
Now, say the IRS withheld my wages from previously filed W-4's in order for the DoC to conduct their corporate affairs.
Would that make me the creditor?

Do you have a claim against them? Is the claim valid? Can you support your claim citing law, contract, etc.?
You may think you are a Creditor... but can you offer PROOF that you are?

.I believe it would be next to impossible to trace a paper trail from my witheld wages to how they allocated it in order to prove I'm the creditor.
I shoulda brought my Vaseline with me when I filled out that W-4 because they sure didn't use it.

I hate to laugh at the situation... but your statement pretty much sums up what the W-4 is about. When we use one we are basically "bending over".

Collecting your Debts
I had been looking for info on how to cancel the W-4 but haven't had much luck. I have filled one out and put "Exempt" but I found out the hard way that that ain't the way to get all your earnings.
Can someone point me in the right direction? I want to stop them from withholding SS also.
