Question Out of Jail w/ Bonds or BoE's

I have noticed bits and pieces of the puzzle of how to do this w/ no step by step, clearcut process of how.

bonding out of jail

i would tender the instrument to the judge AND the bailiff with instructions that pertain to hjr 192 and the gold issue. they cant demand payment as your know, so,i would bond with a promissary note and make it payable on valid proof of claim.

its simple, tender a promissary note in the amount of the bond they are asking. they cannot demand federal reserve notes ,(article 1 section 10 us constitution). get a copy of the magistrate judges oath of office (the judge who set the bond) and tender it at the same place where you would federal reserve notes. now, if a person is already convicted,(doing time on a sentence) thats when i would tender it into the case file and send a certified copy of it to the bailiff and the judge who gave the sentence. this note will be for the accessed value of the case (judgment against the prisoner in debtor's prison). they may not tell the the exact amount, thats why i would tender a bond or note for the accessed value of the case.

Kgod999 right about the note, but you have to file UCC 1 first for the person in jail before tendering the note on his behalf. Jean Keating, talk about the bail bond on his transcript. If you can get a copy of Jean Keating seminar transcript about bail bond which give full detail how to use the bond for someone in jail.

re

Keating did go into it a bit more in some seminars but never breaks it down step by step stating first you do this, then you do this etc.

You first have to find the bond holder and find out how much it is for (according to Keating, and if he really did this and got himself out and can do it for others, the wheel works, why change it).

He talks about GSA forms 90 and 91 to release real property (prisoner) from the escrow account held in the bank (prison).

It would be good how to know how to do this regularly as if someone who is researching gets a little too ****y he could get himself out and go about business. If this were so easy to do, everyone would be able to do it.

If you do decide to try it please keep me abreast as I would be interested to hear your progress.

yep, keating has good theory, based on facts, if i said that right, anyway, im like everybody else, why cant he produce the fact of how he supposedly got himself or someone else out of jail? anyway, i like his material, but, the soundness of it, i dont know.

Yup, a bunch of us tried nailing him down on procedure, and he couldn't deliver.

He admitted that alot of what he does is research & that it is up to us to put some legs to it.

He is definitely on to something.

However, he dwells in some very deep water where there are some BIG SHARKS, so take heed w/ his stuff

keating

yes, he IS ON TO SOMETHING. im not knocking that, i just wished he wouldve been a little more straight forward with step by step instructions BEFORE claiming he knew a process. see, why knock us for not knowing where to look when most times we find stuff by accident. well, its true that now that he has our attention, we need to start investigating.
