Does anyone have any info on him or his resources? Besides a couple of visits on the Liberty Forum radio show, I haven't heard much. His teachings are very different from the other 'leaders' in commercial law.

Flecompte did give me a snail mail address once, which is what I'm going to use to contact him about his indemnity bond information.

Another member is in the process of rounding up some audio he has, if/when it is made available to me I will pass it on.

As far as any books or literature, I have never seen any myself.

I have Howard Griswold's assignment of interest document and UCC-1/Security Agreement/Indemnity bond.& I sent FTB an&"assignment of interest" document to&discharge FTB's claim of $6,000.& They basically ignored it and sent me a&letter saying&they don't agree those arguments.& 

I also&sent an "assignment of interest" to the IRS to&discharge their $26,000 claim& and they did not respond at&all. I now have a $26,000 lien and notice of levy.& I have requested a due process hearing and I will bring up the"assignment of interest" I sent them.& If they say it is "frivolous" I will ask them why.& If they say the federal courts have ruled my argument, I will ask them to show me the cases that have ruled against it.&

They probably think that because&they&have rejected it,&that&I won't bring it up again.&Well, they've got another thing coming. 

We'll see what happens.&

I told Griswold about FTB's and IRS's rejection of his instrument and he basically had no reply.& I sent him copies of IRS/FTB's continued collection efforts and received no response from him.& 

I was told from a reliable source that someone discharged&an IRS debt of $80,000&using Griswold's instrument, but&IRS still took him to court.& I don't know what happened during or after the court case, but&basically he didn't have to pay&and the IRS left him alone.&

I have discharged parking tickets with it successfully,&but&not so successfully with bigger ticket items, like IRS.&

I suppose I should send him my $26,000 tax lien and see if he can "VANQUISH" it and also ask him about his technique for "correcting" the record of all state tax agencies!!

First of all everyone the name is Howard Griswold and he is a wonderful man I have met him on several occasions and he is very brilliant.& Do any of you have his UCC 1 Security Agreement?& It is good to have and he will explain how to use it if you have him do it.& He is full of knowledge and is very hard to get ahold of even by phone.& I have his number but it will do you no good for even I have to mail him for a quicker response and I usually get it thru a third party.& He has opened his life to help all of us and has only asked for room and board and maybe transportation.& He has been to a few seminars out my way and luckly I live just 2 hours from him. Howard is just like any other working class person he has just choosen to live his life learning what our rights are.& If you did not get a response from him on your problem then maybe you should ask him again.& He may of had a lot on his mind.& Do not give up on him but understand he has not been feeling well for a long time now and he is not getting any younger.& I missed him two weeks ago because I had a doctors appt.& and he called me I called him and we just played phone tag.& Mail him again don't give up on him he is again very kind and willing to help. I told David Deriemer of&the peoples-rights.com that I now have a tax lien and FTB withholding order despite the fact that I have discharge the debt per Howard Griswold's& UCC-1/Security Agreement/Indemnity Bond and he said: 

No.& You DO NOT. AFTER one "Switches" from being in "Defense Mode", and obtains the "SECURITY AGREEMENT/INDEMNITY BOND/FINANCING STATEMENT" from the "Howard Griswold Research Group", They (You) should report any problems DIRECTLY to&THEM.

You need not go through Us to Reach them. Their Return Mail Address is on the ENVELOPE that it came to you in.

If you have followed THEIR Instructions, and THEY sent you your "ASSIGNMENT& OF INTEREST" based upon that "Recorded" contract, If you sent it "CERTIFIED
MAIL" to the Claimant, The "Claim of debt" is "Discharged" per their (your)& state Commercial Code sect 3-601 thru 3-605. "Tender Offered, Tender Refused = Debt is Discharged." per THEIR CODE.

We can NOT speak for them.

Howard Griswold is, like Bobbie said a VERY Busy man. I have tried getting ahold of him I was able to talk with him but could never get back in touch with him again. If you need or would like something done quickly he is not your man. Again he is very busy and he is helping MANY people.

Jack Smith and Victoria Joy have been dealing with IRS Tax liens and levy's this month and have come across the answers to the problems.
