Frances Kenny Trust Vs. World Savings Bank

This Case Is Being Cited For The Mortgage Company To Dismiss The Tort Claim That Was Filed Against Them. The So Called "vapor Currency Theory". Has Anyone Read Anything On This Court Case? Does It Hold Any Water?

Search results

After doing a Meta search, the only results I find are on this site:

www.elfninosmom.blogspot.com

I do not understand, that if this was already decided by the courts against the Dorean Folks, that it would not have recieved mention and lots of trumpets sounding on every site out there that endorses slavery and promotes it.

THIS IS ONE OF THE INFAMOUS DOREAN GROUP CASES THEY LOST. ANYBODY WHO MENTIONS "MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR" OR "VAPOR CURRENCY"
IS AUTOMATICALLY SCREWED IN COURT.

DESPITE BEING TRUE, THIS IS HOW THE WHOLE CREDIT SYSTEM IS SET UP AND MOST LIKELY WON'T CHANGE FOR A LONG TIME.

The case was posted on this board some months ago, when it was first decided. Do a search and you should find the full text. The judge not only decided against the Dorean "vapor money" theory, but he awarded money sanctions against the plaintiffs' lawyer who argued that theory, referred him the the State Bar for disbarment, and referred the Dorean Group to the US Attorney for possible prosecution.
