Smile Tort Claim

It Seems That Most Threads That I Have Read On Here Have To Do With Credit Card Debt Being Elminated. Has Anyone Ever Worked With One Of These Claims? Or For That Matter Has Anyone Ever Filed One Of These Claims? The More That I Research And Hear The More That I Wonder If I Am Over My Head On This One. The Person Who Signed Me Up For This Has Stated Claims To The Fact That He Has Been Doing This For Over 5 Years For People And He Has Received Free And Clear Deeds In As Quick As 7 Days. However, At The Same Time He Has Made The Statement Several Times That People Have Not Made A Mortgage Payment In Over 3 Years. So This Makes Me Wonder???? Is The Mortgage Companies Still Holding On To The Deeds And Not Saying A Word About Payments Being Made? Or Are They Just Holding Out To Get More Research On The Ucc System So That It Cant Be Beaten? I Have Also Seen That The Ucc Filing Is Only Good For Five Years.. Is This True? Any Info Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

Thanks

I'M NOT SURE IF I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING HERE. ARE YOU IN A MORTGAGE ELIMINATION PROGRAM AND THEY CLAIM FREE AND CLEAR TITLE IN SEVEN DAYS?

YOU NEED TO READ SOME OF THE OLDER POSTS REGARDING THE DOREAN GROUP. NO ONE TO DATE HAS GIVEN PROOF THAT ANY OF THIS STUFF WORKS. YOU EITHER END UP IN FORECLOSURE OR IN COURT TRYING TO FIGHT THE BANKS OVER THE ALLEGED MORTGAGE LOAN.

GOOD LUCK

The Man Who Signed Me Up For This Service Assures Me That This Is Not The Same As The Dorean Group Or Their Method. He Claims That He Has Used This Process For Over 500 People And It Has Worked. He Gave Us Paperwork To Send To The Mortgage Company And What Order And How Many Days In Between In Order For Us To Get A Free And Clear Deed. So To Tell You The Truth I Dont Know What To Think Of It All

jjc,

Have you seen evidence substantianting that gentleman's claim? I'm not the only one here who'd love to see it. Otherwise, I really hope you didn't pay for that "info."

A UCC1 filing is good for 5 years unless you check "Debtor is a TRANSMITTING UTILITY" in Box 18 on the national UCC-FS Addendum form, in which case the filing is permanent. The filing offices often overlook that one, so one must carefully review the acknowledgement letter sent or check the filing online. This has happened to me twice.

Oh Boy . . .

I am getting a bad feeling about this, jjc

These people that say "here send this" are never around to help you when the SHTF. IF they don't offer any guarantee of anything BASED ON THE ORIGINAL TERMS, then it is not worth it.

I would cut my losses on this one w/this guys process if i were you and study the law concerning this first.

Looks to me like you need to do what Weis has suggested "I would cut my losses on this one w/this guys process if i were you and study the law concerning this first." Like I said to you, more or less, in another thread, you are being taken to the cleaners. Research and study before attempting any process like this. I am speaking from experience here. There are too many unanswered questions.
