Question?If you send your copyright notice to your target that using your tradename/mark which is a violation of your copyright and $500.000 fine for using it. This targets turnaround and sending you your bill statement with upper and lowercases name instead of your fiction with ALL caps.They violate the law for doing that type of game, and they no it. What is the best solution to stop them in their track.

Tell them they may refer to you as the Secured Party in all communication if they don't do that Invoice them for the no. of time they used your name Or any vairation thereof.

When I filled out my version of the UCC-1 FS... I put the copyright notice in there. Has/is anyone used/using the CN from the downloads section?
