Is Anyone Familiar With This Debt Elmination Process?

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO SEND AND IN WHAT ORDER TO SEND IT
AND THAT IT SHOULD BE SENT CERTIFIED.

FIRST:

NOTICE OF TENDER OF PAYMENT
PROMISSORY NOTE
CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE

SECOND: WHICH IS SENT OUT ONE DAY LATER #1

NOTICE OF NON-RESPONSE

THIRD: WHICH IS SENT OUT 3 DAYS AFTER #2

NOTICE OF DEFAULT IN DISHONOR

FOURTH: WHICH IS SENT OUT 5 DAYS AFTER #3

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEED RELEASE

THEN ALL MAIL THAT IS SENT TO ME FROM THE MORTGAGE COMPANY I AM TO WRITE THE FOLLOWING JURAT IN RED ON A 90* ANGLE AND SIGN.

"I ACCEPT YOUR OATH OF OFFICE IN THIS MATTER. I DO NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO ISSUE FRAUDULANT/FALSE SECURITIES SUCH AS YOUR OFFER. I AM THE EMPLOYER HERE, YOU ARE THE EMPLOYEE, AND I DONT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO MAKE ANY SUCH OFFER. I AM ME, MYSELF A SOVEREIGN AMERICAN WITHOUT THE UNTIED STATES. I DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR OFFER OF CONTRACT, UNDER CONTRACT LAW. I DEMAND THAT YOU DISMISS AND DISCHARGE THIS OFFER FOR FAILURE TO STATE A CLAIM UPON WHICH RELIEF CAN BE GRANTED."

HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS PROCESS? IF SO CAN YOU GIVE YOUR INPUT? ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Who gave you the above instructions? Did you pay for them? I believe you are being taken if you had to pay for what you have said above. If this is regarding a mortgage you will have a tough row to hoe. I will PM you so you may call me and we can talk.

Those first three are legitimate, if you send actual payment. The rest is meaningless gibberish.

I have heard of some people who tried this "process" -- with disasterous results. I have never heard of anyone who tried this stunt successfully.

the funny thing about it, the guy is CORRECT in everything he said to the judge (are wouldve said). the problem is, the judge gonna ignore it. thats all. everything is contract, period and the judges DO KNOW THAT. THEY JUST PRETEND AND IGNORE WHEN WE BRING IT UP. Thats why the remedy is probably in admiralty like everybody is starting to explore because thats where the right to have just compensation (valid contract) comes into play in federal court. (common law remedy)

i am very new to all of this and would like more information as well. i am going to the secretary of state UCC office in MI to fill out my UCC forms. after that what is next? how do i go about eliminating debt? getting true ownership of my car and home?
