I love this topic ... I am your evidence.& I posted earlier somewhere on this site about memorandums/affidavits, etc.,&being dismissed without being allowed to be filed though sent to the District Records Clerk ... but;& this topic at hand is& correct - I will try not to be so long winded, but;& it is interesting.
About 15 years ago (1989) the CITY OF ABILENE, TEXAS came to my house& with a Demolition Order for 600 Virgil St.& My pregnant wife and I were forced out of our homes (had 2 new ones) under threat of jail ... and they demolished everything we owned, including my chicken/ duck/geese coops, bar-b-que pit, fences, etc.& Within 2 weeks I burned, burried and cried over all my losses and the loss of the lives of my HUNDREDS of birds - my only lively hood ... as wild dogs in the area killed them all for sport.
I did not know of the UCC back then, wouldn't help anyways, as I walked the building inspector and the Demolition crew chief out to my mail box ... showed them I was& at 700 Virgil, showed them my mail ... they laughed and said I could not fight City Hall (I was on Agricultural Open Space Area Zoning also).
I never had a day in court prior =& cannot be deprived of life, liberty or property without first having your day in court???& Well, I did get into 350th District Court for an appeal ... almost saw a judge too.& I hired a lawyer at the very end to ensure my "i's" were dotted and the "T's" crossed ... when I walked into the City& Hall, they knew I had them beat, the lawyers and the& city inspectors knees would knock when I would point out words in their codes like;& oh, the word may here means "MUST???" wow, did you all ever see this before???
Well, the lawyer was great ... fresh out of law school, took me on a& contingency basis ... somehow it got kicked out of court as frivioulous ... I still never saw a judge.& The Lawyer said he wanted ten grand ... I told him& I was broke and it was a contingency basis and stormed out telling him some& flavorful sayings.& It was deemed without prejudice though.
Now what I did not know until around the 9th of September, 2003, was that my case had been refiled (by my representative that did not drop the case for me) and it made Federal Court, wherein I honestly do not remember ever receiving or participating in this ... never seen a Judge either ... and for some& reason it was entered as ALLAN D. FOUNTAIN AND WIFE "ANN" FOUNTAIN& VS. CITY OF ABILENE .... however;& my wife's name Was JUDITH????& Long story short ... the case had summary judgment - with prejudice - ... the young lawyer named GARY BROWN became a& District Attorney (from what I heard) shortly after he lost my case ...& Great story for those who want a lawyer???
I was a radio broadcaster in 95-96 and topic was on the Black Helicopters, UCC, Patriot movement ... etc., and I began to get an education ... got fired when I interviewed the Secretary of Defense of the& United States on the Bosnian war and told them they could end the war quickly if the Pope just told the Catholics& who were doing the fighting to put down their arms and according to the Keys of This Blood written by a father Malichi Martin? and he stated that the end days the Moslems and anyone who& did not worship the mother mary would be punished greatly ... and wanted to know if this was the first steps ... well, a couple weeks later the cops even escorted me out of the building like a common criminal.
Somewhere around April of this year, I began to use the knowledge I been studying and filed my UCC-1.& I began to write some great contracts up&with a true bill entitled "Merciful Demography of Damages," and some other things.& I listed the CITY OF ABILENE, TEXAS, and 24 other known actors/representatives, etc., that I got from my paperwork in the original CAUSE NO. 2859D filed in TAYLOR COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 350TH DISTRICT COURT.& I accepted for Value, the Demolition order and a copy of the Board of Building Standards Committee Decision there was filed& on a burnt house I had removed& well& within guidelines ... and a letter from the Senior City Planner, showing I owned the property in the "700 Block& of Virgil."
With these accepted for value, I sent them an Affidavit of Specific Negative Averment, a Bill of Peace, a Conditional Acceptance and the true bill, wherein I took the 200 chickens only, did a 3 year projection (as I just was opening a hatchery ...) and it came out to over a billion& dollars.& I then divided it between the 25 total actors in this crime and it came to Sixty some Million& each, where I added 6 million each for pain and suffering on my and my wife's part, and told them if they did not answer in like 10 days, and& pay within 10 days after that, that I would add a billion dollars each& for punative damages.
None of this worked ... they did not pay ... I sent out other affidavits/contracts and my copyright notice which became effective like June or July 27th???& this did not move them ... so, I made up a dummy affidavit listing the main culprit in this matter and brought it down to& show the legal department and told them I was about to make one on the City next and get a lien placed on them as I said I& would.&
I soon have the whole city watching me ... they know& where I am going and there are phone calls when I get there and when I leave (the employees were delighted in all this and are sick of what evils the city does ... but;& it& pays the bills), and I& agree to give the city legal department a call.& After 2 hours on the phone with a CAROLYN FOSTER ... she still does not understand what an unanswered affidavit is worth, nor does she even understand what a contract is ... so, I being a nice guy, and they cannot refute they tore the wrong property apart and I never have had a day in court yet ... I wrote a conditional acceptance to them, even allowed them to an additional 72 hour time period& to answer to all the affidavits/contracts/true bill, etc., I had submitted before ... and I explained in detail ... DETAIL ... how the process works, right down to using the IRS as a backdrop and showing how the Sheriff would be used to sell off the property once I lay claim to go against the bill, everything ...& No reply within the time period stated!& However;& the City did run an article in the ABILENE REPORTER NEWS, you can see by going to Mamma.com and typing in Al-Yahnai Fountain Hawkins and the first two articles is about me ... first word in the headline is a religious persecution ...
I sent the ABILENE REPORTER NEWS a Conditional Acceptance on& the 13 times they used my copyrighted& name ... and only used 12 ... 6 mil for the copy I got off the web ... but;& reminded them that they probably produced a minimum of 10,000 papers that July 26 or 27th ... and that makes it like 60 billion ...
and low and behold ... a letter from the CITY ATTORNEY OFFICE ...
The Dummies use my name 7 times ... I use every name on the letterhead and charge them all 3.5 Million ... I thought this would catch their attention ... none rebutted my affidavits/contracts/true bill, etc.
So, I made up& some Orders of Procurement (I think I made up the title) and in them I wanted to know the true names of everyone involved, address, phone numbers ... and if not provided, they give me permission to bring a Sheriff and I get to pick out 10& computer systems of my choice and will take it off the 1.6 billion they owed.& The other Order of Procurement I told them I& would do the same thing if they did not give me a full listing of City Property, bank accounts, etc., or I would bring the Sheriff to acquire 75 motorized vehicles such as cars, trucks, heavy equipment ... wood chippers, generators,& whatever is motorized of my choice.

Their reply to this was to have an Auction ... wherein they sold a bundle of computer systems and all the above mentioned motorized vehicles ... so, the day of the Auction, I placed a lien with& a 15 USC Flag Tracer for One Billion, Sixty-six Million, Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand, Fifty six dollars, and made up a Certificate of Note and an order for certain vehicles to be purchased by me and placed against the bill owed and gave it to KINCAID AUCTION SERVICE HOUSE.& They tried to throw it back at me ... I let them know they were& duly served, as I had Donny-Joe serve it to him.& They sold all my stuff ... I billed the KINCAID AUCTION SERVICE HOUSE, as the sale was on August 15th I believe ... and this guy was not pleased.
Well, plan worked so far ... I got served on September 9th, 2003 at 4:35 in the afternoon ... had to be in court on the 11th at 3:00 ... less than 48 hours away, the CITY and the other Plaintiffs and only one of the 24 other agents/repres.... etc., from my original paperwork was listed:& RICHARD SULLIVAN ... chief villian of them all, and I got like 3 hours sleep between the times of serving and the time to be there.& Charges are for Fraudulent Filings, and they have JANICE LYONS, TAYLOR COUNTY RECORDS CLERK listed as a& Defendant with me, and want her to expunge all my filings ... my copyright notice, my lien and anything else ... and this proceding was to place a PERMANENT INJUNCTION, and RESTRAINING ORDER on me ... why???? to protect their own interests, as they see that I did file the lien on the city for 1.6 bil ... and they know they owe me 3.5 mil each, except for the CITY ... and RICHARD SULLIVAN, and threw in poor sweet old lady JANICE LYONS for the sacrificial lamb.
Needless to say ... the ABILENE CITY REPORTER NEWS did not even run a hint of an article ... they are still busy wiping up their bodily fluids from the bill of over 60 billion ... but;& KTXS - TV did run a religious persecution about me ... (I&may have to&deal with them later but have need for them now), and the Judge got laughing so hard he could not cover his mouth enough to cover the tears ... so, faked a cold???& He coughed alot when I said some things ... you may need to understand that SHARON HICKS, CITY ATTORNEY is also a Plaintiff and the PROSECUTING ATTORNEY here ... and she calls up her ASSisTANT ATTORNEY CAROLYN FOSTER to testify as to why I am so threatening to their financial life and great names???
She& testifies as is on her affidavit, sworn to be true ... and in it she states she never entered any contract with me, nor has the CITY OF& ABILENE, or any Plaintiff, and that no Plaintiff has ever received anything of value from me .... during this time they are putting into evidence everything I ever sent them ... Judge asking me if this was allowable ... even said I could object, I told the Court several times as they handed stacks of duplicates, etc., to the Judge and all I kept saying was, "Your Honor ... please, for 15 years I have awaited this very day ... everything I ever composed, wrote, authored, signed and submitted to them ... please let it be placed into evidence and do not allow it to be taken out!& Thank you your Honor and thank you City of Abilene ..."
I got to cross examine the witness CAROLYN FOSTER ... where I asked her if she& ever entered any contract with me ... no ... did you enter any contract today with anybody? no ...& Did you not enter into a contractual agreement with this court today??& NO ... the Plaintiff/ Prosecuting Attorney begins to object ... which& was over ruled (I think the judge actually was interested in my style ...)& I asked, CAROLYN FOSTER ....& did you enter into any contractual agreement with this court today?& NO ... Did you enter into any agreement with me, the Defendant ... ever???& NO ... Well maam, can you please explain to the court why I am here today?& UHHH ... Let me elaborate please ... is it true that you are listed as a Plaintiff on a& contract wherein I have been called to this court, and if I& did not show up, the terms and agreements within this contract would come into effect and I the Defendant would be bound by them?& Prosecuting attorney objecting again ... got my point out though,& I said I would ask a different question.
Maam, you claim you did not enter into any contractual agreement with this court today ... is that correct?& Yes, I said I did not enter into any contractual agreement with this& court today (Judge is caught on to what is coming now ... he has his hand over his mouth and turning his head, his eyes laughing) I said, Maam, I know I only had about 3 hours sleep since being& served to be here, as I was served less than 48 hours ago (Judge perked up and I could see he& was hoping I would ask for a continuance ... I did not want one though, only to get all my evidence into court ... and strike a cold piece of iron till it got hot)& and maam, forgive me but;& I think& you had your hand on a bible ... maybe not, but; I do remember you had your left hand out like this ... and your right hand up in the air ... did you not???& Yes, I did that ...
Did you not say you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and you vowed to whatever god you&are worshipping today even?& Well, yes I did, but; I& did not sign any contract ...& Do you know& what purjury is maam ... Yes, it is when you knowingly tell a lie on the& witness stand, and you can go to jail for it ... But;& how is this possible maam ... you can tell a& lie any other time and not go to jail, but;& by doing what you did with your hands& all up in the air and all ... if you tell a lie knowingly you break that contract and are allowed to go to jail?& Objection your honor ... and so on by the Plaintiff/prosectuing attorney.
Maam, do you& realize that when you go to a movie theatre and buy a ticket ... it is a& contract that when you go to the person at the door, they honor the contract and let you in?& Well, that is not a contract because ... ... well,& you can give it to somebody else and they can go use it!
Exactly maam ... see, that is called transferral, or transferrance ... and who& ever is the holder in due course to that contract can present it and will be allowed in to& see& the movie, is that not correct?& Well, yes ...
Well maam, if you were not allowed in, you would have recourse with the movie theatre and possibly collect damages if not just the price of the ticket/contract they dishonored ... is that not true?& Well, I did not sign no contract.
I then addressed the judge and said, Your& honor ... it appears that we will get nowhere with this today, so ... what I would like to do, is to Conditionally Accept here today and will plead guilty to Fraudulent Filings, I will Conditionally Accept that I did this with Malice and Intent to do damage and harm to the Plaintiffs ... (the judge looked at me like I had lobsters climbing out my nose), I& will conditionally accept ... Your Honor ... has there been any murders in the area wherein nobody has been charged??? Well, I will conditionally accept the charges of them all, and conditionally accept that you can& take me out in the parking lot and shoot me in the head for punishment ... IF ... I& will conditinally accept all this and more ... IF, YOU YOUR HONOR OR ANYBODY SITTING IN THIS COURTROOM OR OUTSIDE SOMEWHERE, CAN EVER PROVE THAT I EVER OWNED 600 VIRGIL IN ABILENE, TEXAS!!& We will save the taxpayers the expense of this proceding ... I will accept full responsibility of all, if only any person or entity can prove I ever owned 600 Virgil ... and I would like to enter into evidence this here water bill I got this very day from the CITY OF ABILENE, TEXAS WATER DEPARTMENT ... showing that I have had a& water bill sent to 700 Virgil, in the 700 Block of Virgil since 1987 ... two years before the Demolition of what you want people to think was 600 VIRGIL STREET, ABILENE TEXAS ... IN THE 600 BLOCK to which all these nice people admitted to Demolishing in numerous Assembly Line Affidavits ....
We almost had to call for maintenance to& sweep all the jaws up off the floor .. the Judge was going spastic trying not to fall on the floor with laughter .... but;& got control after the courtroom gathered itself together.&
Now get this ... the City Prosecutor/Plaintiff was sitting at a middle table ... JANICE LYONS with her attorney was sitting to their left ... they offered me the table at the right but;& I thanked them and& said I would remain outside their bar as I did not want to enter into any contractual agreement with the court at this time ... the Defensive Attorney for the other Defendant, with the Prosecuting attorney had the water bill kicked out.& They also kicked out my conditional Acceptance I worked on for the& last 40 hours or so ... and in it I held JANICE LYONS as completely innocent ... her attorney had it kicked out in& colusion with the Prosecuting attorney???
Well, I don't know proceedure too well,& just a big dummie ... and the Judge did order a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER ... not the permanant injunction,& until& the trial& which is in January.& I sent the Court and the City Attorney's a copy of a CD/E-book that I wrote some time back ... as they want to expunge my copyright ... and that was to buy time.
I understand that they entered& agreement with my notifying them of my property ... however;& they think they got me on the thing& where you cannot copyright a name.& I let&them have a& copy of my UCC-1 filing ... but;& it was in previous filings, and I did not bring this out that day, as I only wanted everything ... EVERYTHING THEY GOT, to be placed into& evidence.& I have cases wherein an& unanswered affidavit is truth in commerce ... and I really do need more on the copyright, as these guys are so dumb ... they cannot see a notice is a binding contract and this should end there - you breakie the contract ... you breakie the trust and you owe babie ... owe!!
These guys are so smart in this Bible Belt Buckle town, that for my pre-trial in traffic court - which came when I got pulled over and the cop& was furious& because I had no stickers ... so, I handed him an envelope from my dash and he said, "what's this???"& I told him they were the stickers he& wanted.& Handed him a public servants questionaire ... he refused to fill it out, so, I handed him my copyright notice ... he refused to read it so& I read to him the 500 grand infringment ... so ... he writes me& two tickets.& He placed me under arrest too, and I had to explain to him that he needed& a reason ... civil or criminal and explained in& detail ... he said he would not be arresting me in front of my 6 children today.& My little daughter was so pleased that he was not going to "UNDRESS" me in front of my 6 children today ...
Anyway, their pre-trial consists of the same& City Attorney's that each owe me 3.5 mil apiece ... and no judge.& You can make a& deal if you want, and they can recommend to the judge certain things for you ... IF IT CAN'T BE PAID OUT TODAY ... and they cannot dismiss anything, you will have to go to trial for that ...
I told them what Article 28.01 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure states ... demanded a pre-trial with a court of record ... they argued that I& had to go to Trial, and this was pre-trial ... I read to them right from the code that a trial may be set upon the merits of the pre-trial ... so, I am supposed to get a pre-trial, I get a notice in the mail that I got a non-jury trial coming up in November ... I have to make out a new bill for the& one Dumb City attorney that called my name& twice to go see her ... and of course I had a Notary Public with me ... a State Official ... (hope this does not step on my Temporary Restraining Order???)
See, Rushpat is not crazy ... and now you know& some facts - they want to expunge and destroy all this great stuff - go against our right to contract ... and are forcing us into courts ... How it ends????& The want me in jail/prison, all over the place and I am just some dumb guy ...& thanks for puting up& with me!& and this is true, correct and complete (for the most part, as I could not write everything ... told the judge that by placing an injunction& he would be issuing a non/un-constitutional decree and would be doing so on his own liability outside his office if he tried anything to limit a flesh and blood man the ability to issue contracts ... got a temp restraining order ... to my benifit I believe)

I got served on September 9th, 2003 at 4:35 in the afternoon ... had to be in court on the 11th at 3:00 ... less than 48 hours away, the CITY and the other Plaintiffs and only one of the 24 other agents/repres.... etc., from my original paperwork was listed:& RICHARD SULLIVAN ... chief villian of them all, and I got like 3 hours sleep between the times of serving and the time to be there.& Charges are for Fraudulent Filings, and they have JANICE LYONS, TAYLOR COUNTY RECORDS CLERK listed as a& Defendant with me, and want her to expunge all my filings ... my copyright notice, my lien and anything else ... and this proceding was to place a PERMANENT INJUNCTION, and RESTRAINING ORDER on me ... why???? to protect their own interests, as they see that I did file the lien on the city for 1.6 bil ... and they know they owe me 3.5 mil each, except for the CITY ... and RICHARD SULLIVAN, and threw in poor sweet old lady JANICE LYONS for the sacrificial lamb.
Needless to say ... the ABILENE CITY REPORTER NEWS did not even run a hint of an article ... they are still busy wiping up their bodily fluids from the bill of over 60 billion ... but;& KTXS - TV did run a religious persecution about me ... (I&may have to&deal with them later but have need for them now), and the Judge got laughing so hard he could not cover his mouth enough to cover the tears ... so, faked a cold???& He coughed alot when I said some things ... you may need to understand that SHARON HICKS, CITY ATTORNEY is also a Plaintiff and the PROSECUTING ATTORNEY here ... and she calls up her ASSisTANT ATTORNEY CAROLYN FOSTER to testify as to why I am so threatening to their financial life and great names???
She& testifies as is on her affidavit, sworn to be true ... and in it she states she never entered any contract with me, nor has the CITY OF& ABILENE, or any Plaintiff, and that no Plaintiff has ever received anything of value from me .... during this time they are putting into evidence everything I ever sent them ... Judge asking me if this was allowable ... even said I could object, I told the Court several times as they handed stacks of duplicates, etc., to the Judge and all I kept saying was, "Your Honor ... please, for 15 years I have awaited this very day ... everything I ever composed, wrote, authored, signed and submitted to them ... please let it be placed into evidence and do not allow it to be taken out!& Thank you your Honor and thank you City of Abilene ..."
I got to cross examine the witness CAROLYN FOSTER ... where I asked her if she& ever entered any contract with me ... no ... did you enter any contract today with anybody? no ...& Did you not enter into a contractual agreement with this court today??& NO ... the Plaintiff/ Prosecuting Attorney begins to object ... which& was over ruled (I think the judge actually was interested in my style ...)& I asked, CAROLYN FOSTER ....& did you enter into any contractual agreement with this court today?& NO ... Did you enter into any agreement with me, the Defendant ... ever???& NO ... Well maam, can you please explain to the court why I am here today?& UHHH ... Let me elaborate please ... is it true that you are listed as a Plaintiff on a& contract wherein I have been called to this court, and if I& did not show up, the terms and agreements within this contract would come into effect and I the Defendant would be bound by them?& Prosecuting attorney objecting again ... got my point out though,& I said I would ask a different question.
Maam, you claim you did not enter into any contractual agreement with this court today ... is that correct?& Yes, I said I did not enter into any contractual agreement with this& court today (Judge is caught on to what is coming now ... he has his hand over his mouth and turning his head, his eyes laughing) I said, Maam, I know I only had about 3 hours sleep since being& served to be here, as I was served less than 48 hours ago (Judge perked up and I could see he& was hoping I would ask for a continuance ... I did not want one though, only to get all my evidence into court ... and strike a cold piece of iron till it got hot)& and maam, forgive me but;& I think& you had your hand on a bible ... maybe not, but; I do remember you had your left hand out like this ... and your right hand up in the air ... did you not???& Yes, I did that ...
Did you not say you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and you vowed to whatever god you&are worshipping today even?& Well, yes I did, but; I& did not sign any contract ...& Do you know& what purjury is maam ... Yes, it is when you knowingly tell a lie on the& witness stand, and you can go to jail for it ... But;& how is this possible maam ... you can tell a& lie any other time and not go to jail, but;& by doing what you did with your hands& all up in the air and all ... if you tell a lie knowingly you break that contract and are allowed to go to jail?& Objection your honor ... and so on by the Plaintiff/prosectuing attorney.
Maam, do you& realize that when you go to a movie theatre and buy a ticket ... it is a& contract that when you go to the person at the door, they honor the contract and let you in?& Well, that is not a contract because ... ... well,& you can give it to somebody else and they can go use it!
Exactly maam ... see, that is called transferral, or transferrance ... and who& ever is the holder in due course to that contract can present it and will be allowed in to& see& the movie, is that not correct?& Well, yes ...
Well maam, if you were not allowed in, you would have recourse with the movie theatre and possibly collect damages if not just the price of the ticket/contract they dishonored ... is that not true?& Well, I did not sign no contract.
I then addressed the judge and said, Your& honor ... it appears that we will get nowhere with this today, so ... what I would like to do, is to Conditionally Accept here today and will plead guilty to Fraudulent Filings, I will Conditionally Accept that I did this with Malice and Intent to do damage and harm to the Plaintiffs ... (the judge looked at me like I had lobsters climbing out my nose), I& will conditionally accept ... Your Honor ... has there been any murders in the area wherein nobody has been charged??? Well, I will conditionally accept the charges of them all, and conditionally accept that you can& take me out in the parking lot and shoot me in the head for punishment ... IF ... I& will conditinally accept all this and more ... IF, YOU YOUR HONOR OR ANYBODY SITTING IN THIS COURTROOM OR OUTSIDE SOMEWHERE, CAN EVER PROVE THAT I EVER OWNED 600 VIRGIL IN ABILENE, TEXAS!!& We will save the taxpayers the expense of this proceding ... I will accept full responsibility of all, if only any person or entity can prove I ever owned 600 Virgil ... and I would like to enter into evidence this here water bill I got this very day from the CITY OF ABILENE, TEXAS WATER DEPARTMENT ... showing that I have had a& water bill sent to 700 Virgil, in the 700 Block of Virgil since 1987 ... two years before the Demolition of what you want people to think was 600 VIRGIL STREET, ABILENE TEXAS ... IN THE 600 BLOCK to which all these nice people admitted to Demolishing in numerous Assembly Line Affidavits ....
We almost had to call for maintenance to& sweep all the jaws up off the floor .. the Judge was going spastic trying not to fall on the floor with laughter .... but;& got control after the courtroom gathered itself together.&
Now get this ... the City Prosecutor/Plaintiff was sitting at a middle table ... JANICE LYONS with her attorney was sitting to their left ... they offered me the table at the right but;& I thanked them and& said I would remain outside their bar as I did not want to enter into any contractual agreement with the court at this time ... the Defensive Attorney for the other Defendant, with the Prosecuting attorney had the water bill kicked out.& They also kicked out my conditional Acceptance I worked on for the& last 40 hours or so ... and in it I held JANICE LYONS as completely innocent ... her attorney had it kicked out in& colusion with the Prosecuting attorney???
Well, I don't know proceedure too well,& just a big dummie ... and the Judge did order a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER ... not the permanant injunction,& until& the trial& which is in January.& I sent the Court and the City Attorney's a copy of a CD/E-book that I wrote some time back ... as they want to expunge my copyright ... and that was to buy time.
I understand that they entered& agreement with my notifying them of my property ... however;& they think they got me on the thing& where you cannot copyright a name.& I let&them have a& copy of my UCC-1 filing ... but;& it was in previous filings, and I did not bring this out that day, as I only wanted everything ... EVERYTHING THEY GOT, to be placed into& evidence.& I have cases wherein an& unanswered affidavit is truth in commerce ... and I really do need more on the copyright, as these guys are so dumb ... they cannot see a notice is a binding contract and this should end there - you breakie the contract ... you breakie the trust and you owe babie ... owe!!
These guys are so smart in this Bible Belt Buckle town, that for my pre-trial in traffic court - which came when I got pulled over and the cop& was furious& because I had no stickers ... so, I handed him an envelope from my dash and he said, "what's this???"& I told him they were the stickers he& wanted.& Handed him a public servants questionaire ... he refused to fill it out, so, I handed him my copyright notice ... he refused to read it so& I read to him the 500 grand infringment ... so ... he writes me& two tickets.& He placed me under arrest too, and I had to explain to him that he needed& a reason ... civil or criminal and explained in& detail ... he said he would not be arresting me in front of my 6 children today.& My little daughter was so pleased that he was not going to "UNDRESS" me in front of my 6 children today ...
Anyway, their pre-trial consists of the same& City Attorney's that each owe me 3.5 mil apiece ... and no judge.& You can make a& deal if you want, and they can recommend to the judge certain things for you ... IF IT CAN'T BE PAID OUT TODAY ... and they cannot dismiss anything, you will have to go to trial for that ...
I told them what Article 28.01 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure states ... demanded a pre-trial with a court of record ... they argued that I& had to go to Trial, and this was pre-trial ... I read to them right from the code that a trial may be set upon the merits of the pre-trial ... so, I am supposed to get a pre-trial, I get a notice in the mail that I got a non-jury trial coming up in November ... I have to make out a new bill for the& one Dumb City attorney that called my name& twice to go see her ... and of course I had a Notary Public with me ... a State Official ... (hope this does not step on my Temporary Restraining Order???)
See, Rushpat is not crazy ... and now you know& some facts - they want to expunge and destroy all this great stuff - go against our right to contract ... and are forcing us into courts ... How it ends????& The want me in jail/prison, all over the place and I am just some dumb guy ...& thanks for puting up& with me!& and this is true, correct and complete (for the most part, as I could not write everything ... told the judge that by placing an injunction& he would be issuing a non/un-constitutional decree and would be doing so on his own liability outside his office if he tried anything to limit a flesh and blood man the ability to issue contracts ... got a temp restraining order ... to my benifit I believe)

First,&you could have avoided all those problems if you had asserted your rights in Land Patent upon purchase of the property.
Second, there are better processes to handle situations than all those UCC (public notice) docs. Stay tuned in and you will find that you could have had ALL parties ADMIT to their crimes and could have had ALL those ADMISSIONS admitted into the court record as FACT.& Those admissions would be extremely difficult for them to overcome.
