Copyright Question

While waiting for ctc3 to arrive, I have been reading alot of the forums but can't seem to find the answer regarding copyrighting a name. From what I have read, we are incorporated by the use of all caps and not rebutting this fact. Since we are incorporated we therefore fall under a common law copyright, so, all that needs to be done is to publish in a community newspaper for this to be legal. Is this correct? I am trying to complete the steps that I know for sure have to be done to save time.

Thank You for the reply hii lele hoo, unless I'm reading the site wrong, you can not copyright names or titles. For this reason I thought maybe the copyright was in fact a common law copyright. Should I just wait for the book?
