Filing Copyright

Hello,


Has anyone had trouble filing their copyright notice at the county level, if so, how was this eventually accomplished?

<FONT size=1>We have had problems in Minnesocold, in the larger counties around the Metropolitan areas. However we have been able to file quite easily in some of the outlying counties,and because of the good faith and credit clause in the Constitution, a filing in one is a notice in all. Another way to approach it is to file using a cover sheet listing various documents, the copyright notice being one. If they question it tell them that all the documents are reliant on each other and as such can't be seperated. If that doesn't work there are more aggressive methods, but usually, these methods seem to do the job.& LT2DOGS</FONT>

minnescold statutes 600.23 says they have to. when I did my copyright I had a witness with me, no problems, but when I went alone they gave me a hard time and would not record ( at that time I did not know about 600.23) . I think my memorandum with points and authorities I recorded there made them mad.
