at learning the UCC from and what is the differences between like Barton Buhtz, Bennam(sp), Griswold, Rice& etc...


I like all the info from the audio downloads that each one gives.& Also did Simkanin (sp) use any UCC in his defense with jurisdiction or anything like Rice explains in his trial??

I like Barton Buhtz and have used much of his method, but I also like CTC3 and what it offers. I have not used any material from Rice McCloud, or Howard Griswold, but I hear from others they have good stuff. The main thing is that anything or anyone you follow, make sure you do your own research. Validate any process. Their are people out there that will fleece you if not cautious.


As far as Simkanin is concerned, he has not used any UCC or Redemption processes at all. One of the problems, I believe, is he used attorneys and most attorneys, not all, are incompetent. He was railroaded and was not allowed to have adequate defense. I am hoping that Bob Shultz and We the People will be able to help get him out of jail. Although, I do not agree with everything they are doing, I think We the People is doing a great job of waking up people. That is what it takes, education.
