Idiots legal arguments
After reading idiots legal arguments (which i know is scare tactics but they have incarcerated people), makes me wonder if liens are the way to go unless you use rule 64 frcp in filing the lien. anybody got any takes on this? Liens are about the only defensive weapon we have. 8O

Re:Idiots legal arguments
Kgod,
As I have stated before, I would not use the commercial lien against a public official as touted in the commercial lien manual. In such a case, I would use the true bill and citizen's jury process.
However, if I wanted to compel performance in the event of a commercial contract, that would be a different matter.

Sui Juris

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Re:Idiots legal arguments
sui juris, what method would u recommend to get a money judgment if a citizens jury isnt practical or assessable to you? In other words, after they dishonor the true bill, could a notary certificate of dishonor be enough to invoice them instead of filing the lien?

Re:Idiots legal arguments
Kgod,
I have never been in that position, and am not very knowledgable with the true bill... maybe Ice or another member knows...
But to my knowledge, the citizen jury's verdict based on the unrebutted true bill is the way to go to get all the evidence on the record before going into federal court.
I am not aware of a citizens jury in or near my state, but if it came down to the wire I would travel. I understand that it is better to if the jury is in your state.

suijuris,
I'm kind of new on this site and to this process. Fogive me if this is the wrong forum, also. I'm trying to figure ou how to respond to the county tax (ass)essor who say he'll sell my house for taxes. I tendered an Exempt Exchange Item, which was dishonored and returned. Should this be handled just as if this guy is a debt collector just like all the rest of them?& I would appreciate if someone would respond to this like asap, quick, yesterday because I only have a few days to get this resolved. I didn't really know where to put this. I haven't seen anything on here about property taxes.&Also, I live in Georgia. I saw on here the other day where someone in Atlanta sold a house . I'd sure like to hear from him. I forgot where the post was. Somebody talk to me. I would appreciate some thoughts/info.
Andrew

Re:Idiots legal arguments
Andrew, you should repost under land rights or tax issues.
Always ask for verification, as with any other alledged debt... have you brought the patent up to date? I would not stop paying property taxes unless I had a land patent.
If they try to forclose, file a lis pendins.
Anyway, start a new thread in the proper forum and I am sure you will get plenty of responses from people with more experience.

Sui Juris
