When filing your UCC FS?

When filing your UCC-FS is it a must to add your security agreement?

Re:When filing your UCC FS?

From what I understand you never file it WITH the UCC, but reference the document number of the SA as an item on the UCC.

The UCC is just public notice. It is the SA that is the agreement/contract. It is a private matter, so the details should be kept private by not filing it in the public record, but instead just referencing it.

This is the CTC3 method. I would like to know how the Howard Griswold method differs. Tora?
