"without prejudice" "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" hand-written or typed?
Hi,
I'm new to the forum, but I've been a real, living-breathing human entity for a long time.
Can anyone who uses UCC 1-207 to reserve their commonlaw rights in contracts with fictitious entities please share their experience...
I'm making a rubber stamp with "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" UCC 1-207 above my signature to use when entering contracts.
Should I print "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" in ALL CAPS or lower-case?
Should I print it with or without the quotes?
Should I hand-write it for the stamp (with the same pen as my signature)?

Given, the curren consenus I've seen here, all you need to write or stamp is
"All birth-rights reserved."
nothing more is required to be written or stamped and doesnt depend on the proper section of UCC to be identifed.
that's it!

Pretty sure that's correct, but if you want to do the UCC notice, the section is now UCC 1-308.
I write without prejudice UCC 1-308, but it is probably just a matter of personal preference. |

Personally i believe that writing it out normally is sufficient to say the least, so long as you put without prejudice UCC 1-207 or UCC 1-308
If you omit Without prejudice then you are not reserving your rights. As most of you know, in law everything matter, every punctutation, capitalization and mark.

The UCC and Ulaws are private copyright,
and, as you just pointed out, the sections change
so it's a hazzard to cite specfic section of the code.
Also, using the UCC might be percieved as "permission to claim what is already yours"
That is an unwarranted position to imply or infer.
