Presentment by Mail

A presentment in a sealed envelope was depositied into the mailbox by the postman yesterday. I have NOT opened it. (I should qualify the presentment is from the extortion artists know as 'Maintanence Enforcement' a/k/a Child Support goons).

I have seen a few different tactics...

1) write 'rejected' on it and put it back in the mail
2) open the presentment and challange the contents (i have a tougher time with this one).
3) write R4C w/o dishonor and send it back to them

Does anyone have a measurable success with any of these or another option?

After the "judge" ruled against me regarding my car, the county protho-notary mailed me papers. I wrote "rejected" on it and dropped it in a box; it came back from a distant county USPS mail-processing center with their stamp on it; I then blacked out the mailing address in the window; I have NOT heard from the protho-notary's office since.

do NOT open the envelope.

I always write "returned to the sender" " Refused for cause" One way street, never returned it back to me.
