re-read this thread from beginning to end.& I just followed the example by ice.& then i used the affidavit format in the body of the text.& then I put it on certificate paper to make it look nice and presentable.

Can you tell me why you use Declarant versus Affiant in you certificate?

I found a definition on-line at http://www.legal-definitions.com&that reads:


declaration definition – under common law, it is the plaintiff’s first pleading, setting out the facts and circumstances constituting his or her cause of action.


That sounds pretty good to turn the tables for a change and be the plaintiff.
