Pay It Forward - Merciless Benevolence
In attempting to bring back the law in this country, sovereigns are generally stymied by two related phenomena. The most obvious is a scenario of unlawful responses on the part of those in positions of political power. When a sovereign does become successful enough to be noticed, he is often shut down on the pretext of some charge or other. The other is the incalcitrance of the general citizenry itself. By and large, they simply refuse to invest the time in learning the laws of the land, and the nature of the problem, and continue to go about their business as usual. They "don't have the time" to do what it takes, and seem perfectly content to propogate the treason. I propose that when it comes to not committing treason, one makes the time.
I put forth a method of contending with this problem as the law allows, and liberating the citizenry. Every person out there who insists upon remaining ignorant of the law and upon giving silent and monetary reinforcement of traitors gives aid and comfort to them, and chooses to some extent or another to commit an executable offense. I suggest making such a choice obvious in terms of law.
Those of you who have seen Pay It Forward, or who are familiar with the layout of a pyramid scheme, will be familiar with the sort of strategem I proffer here. Instead of approaching three people in your life and doing some selfless act of pure benevolence, or enlisting their financial contributions, this method deploys the commercial lien. One establishes the US citizenship of three people in one's life. One then begins the commercial lien process against them, with a description of the political situation and an outline of how their propogation of and contributions to a false political system directly violates and contradicts the lawful order in this country, and is no less than treason itself. From there, one continues the default process. When they cannot rebut the points, and the lien matures, one has, according to my research, a default judgement of "guilty" against them for treason - an executable offense. One can then, as I understand the matter, serve a criminal complaint to their local DA on the matter and schedule a sentancing hearing. In the statutory courts within my state (California) their choice is between life imprisonment and execution. Prior to scheduling such a hearing, one approaches the persons in default and arranges to contract with them instead of scheduling a sentancing hearing, and includes the following terms in the contract: 1) That they will learn about sovereignty at a rate with which you are satisfied. 2) That they will live as a sovereign and never again enter into US "person"age. and 3) That they will repeat the process you just did with them, including a contract with these same terms, with three people in their life. This could be a total of three people, or it could be three people per month. 4) That information regarding the status of the three preceding criteria would be made available to you at any time, immediately, upon request.
The result is a grassroots movement with exponential growth, achieved through law and contracts. It utilizes a cell structure de-centralized enough that if anyone in the chain is "picked off" by government agents, it ideally affects only their immediate superiors, so to speak. And it liberates the country by requiring the populace to pick itself up and dust itself off, utilizing the lawful penalty for this current state of lawlessness.
I'm posting this on Sui Juris to share an idea I've had for a few months now, allow others to make use of it as well, and to get some responses to it. While it might sound brutal at first, it simply applies the law. The action of the law is held to do harm to no-one. I did not set the penalty for treason; I have merely found a mechanism for successfully applying it. It seems quite an effective means of getting an otherwise shiftless populace sufficiently motivated to stop defying the law.
