bank accounts

Somewhere (not sure where) I heard that I should include on the UCC-3 Addendum in #16 (collateral description) any and all open and closed bank accounts.

If this is so, (I'm assuming to include account numbrs) is this a good idea to make this data public?

Re:bank accounts

Mike,

You do not make any data public... you only refer to the specific document (by name and/or number) that the data is contained within.& Such as the Private Collateral List or the Security Agreement.& You never file your personal documents into the public record.

Re:bank accounts

Mike,

The Private Collateral list is referenced in your security agreement and it is kept with your other private documents and updated accordingly.
