I just saw this notice in the UCCRedemption yahoo group:

NC Attorney General has filed a civil lawsuit against small group of patriots for declatory judgment and permanent injunction to void copyrights, quiet titles, notary protests, UCC Documents, Negative Averments, Bonds of Discharge, etc.. Â*
they are asking the courts to expunge the documents (which include Oaths of Office on judicial officials!!!) and declare them null and void, and to require Defendants (patriots) to go to court to seek judgments, as well as utilize the courthouse in any manner on a permanent basis. Â*tihs group of patriots have exercised their rights to NOT GO TO COURT or be a part of any proceeding, however, used private processes to go after anyone trying to coerce them into court- this includes judges, a DA, clerks of court, an attorney who is maliciously prosecuting them, etc. Â*there is so much more! Â*
AS you may know this is a violation of freedom of speech, a violation of their very laws which clearly state that one can have non-judicial summary judgments, and barring patriots from accessign the county courthouses unless they drag us in. Â*
this is a call to all patritos who can help as this is going to be a very big case. Â*we are needling your help. Â*if they win this- it will spread like wildfire across the U.S. Â*it does concern you!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Sui Juris.& Furthermore, it is imperative that they not argue (if this is true).& From your post it seems this attorney or DA is breaking numerous laws in preventing others to use a notary or even to have access their remedy.& they must have remedy!& We must have remedy.&

Also, before anything could ever get started they have to have jurisdiction to even proceed.& So if this is true--I would declare all involved as American Nationals and go from there.

Just a thought and not legal advice.

Also, before anything could ever get started they have to have jurisdiction to even proceed.& So if this is true--I would declare all involved as American Nationals and go from there.

Yes, as Jersee stated the DA would be breaking numerous laws. Aside from that, a few other things about this story just&do not make sense:

<LI>If the DA is filing a lawsuit against a group and not single persons, then it must be due to the group filing copyrights, protests, UCC documents, etc.&as a group, and not as singular flesh & blood humans. I have not seen this method taught anywhere.
<LI>How would the DA filing a lawsuit against this patriot group 'expunge' court & UCC records? That does not make sense - the DA would have to take action against the state on behalf of a wronged party (the public or the state). Who is the wronged party? What are the grounds for this civil lawsuit?
<LI>Since when can a court void something that it was not party to, and is bound by law to uphold? (copyrights, protests, etc)</LI>

Not saying that this is a bogus story, but there are many parties out there who would love to assist BB in placing doubt in your mind & heart.

Learn what is true for yourself and believe it, and please do not allow yourself to become a tool for propaganda.

Any such suit in court would fail as it could not withstand the onslaught of the Constitutional guarantees to American Nationals.

The DA is right about one thing, Patriots need to utilize the courts to achieve their goals.& Controlling the court can be learned.& Most people have the idea that standing and speaking in front of a judge is what court is... it is not the whole story.& Remember this and remember it well:

What controls the case is not always what is seen or heard in the court room.
