Use of Negotiable Instruments

To All you 4 and 5 Star Performers,

Does anyone see any reason for not using negotiable instruments to discharge ANY debt incurred for "credit extended"; Specifically, any reasons for not discharging Secretary of State billing statements, re. account started beginning with first filing per SOS standard op. procedure.
Credit is credit, right?
