What should we know about Earl? It is serious to call someone a fraud so could you expand on your statement. PM me if you do not wish to post to the forum.

He gives seminars and his Aministrative Remedy in the Admiralty is a scam. I attended his first one and know him personally, do you? You call him by his first name, do you know him personally or are you one of his shills? Here is his brainchild. They have been collecting $2500 a pop for years and have delivered nothing on their promises.

Actually, I don't know him. This is the reason I asked you to expand your comments.

He was recommended to me and I called him but he wasn't very convincing as far as gut feelings go. Then I GOOGLED his name and found this forum and then I found you.

I was wondering if you had personal experience etc.

I have a case that I wish to resolve and have little to NO trust in attorneys. I was arrested without any warrants, a false Complaint/Affidavit was sworn by someone in FL and I live in WA and hadn't been in FL in 4 years. The Sheriffs took me from my home at gunpoint and transfered me to another county where they handed me off to the Spokane County Sheriff and then I was incarcerated for 5 days. It was 3 days before I got to see a Judge who released me on my O.R. then they held me an additional 52 hours after that. This happened in 05 and to this day, no one will show me a warrant and I do not belive one exists. It was a Fugative Warrant from FL allegedly and I had to go to FL and turn myself in and be arrested again and the bail was $2700.00. They didn't give me a copy of the warrant either though I asked for it.

After a lot of research, it seemed an Administrative Claim for Damages was in order followed with an affidavit to risk management and if no response, proceed to Tort Claim.

It looks like 3 counties in 2 states and a woman in FL are all liable for my being kidnapped, transported against my will, falsely charged, and illegally imprisioned.

What do you think?

BTW...The FL prosecutor threw the case out because he said there was insufficient cause. This is a h#ll of a lot of trouble, money, and reputation, for such a flimsy cause.

I would be most greatful for your input. Perhaps a competent referral wouldn't be too bad either. I would like to work with someone in WA if possible.

Of course I have had personal experience with the shyster Koskella. He is no former banker or retired Navy officer like he claims. You can take his judgement and $3 and get a cup of coffee at Starbucks but that's about it, the things he sells are absolutely worthless. I am telling you to steer clear of him because he is a confidence man and will cost you thousands so he can make a couple hundred off you.

I know Earl personally. I know of the docs "AR's" he touts etc.

He means well. The only unfortunate part is that these docs are worthless. The foundation is golden however. He was a part of a group in which he stole these docs from before completed.

The group since finished them and has made quite a bit of happiness off of them.

Earl unfortunately is black balled.

Les Hollingshed is promoting him and I thnk Les is a good man but perhaps naieve.

I am still looking for an adequate group with whom to work.

Suggestions anyone?

If he means well then why did he take $100 from me for a CD and never send it? Why does he lie about his backgroud? Why does Freedom Club USA take $2500 a pop and keep on promising results after 3 years when they know damn well their stuff is worthless? Koskella even told me to stop making payments on my house so he could later charge me money for stuff that was worthless. I am telling you Earl will throw you in the gutter to die just so he can make a couple of bucks.

Be very leary of any internet guru that is going to charge for something. It has been proven over and over again that the great majority of them are just con men who choose the patriot community because we are easy pickings.

He is my grand father i can tell u all about him ive seen his badges from the navy and he was a banker
