who got the courage?

funny thing i read over at the aware group message board today. man, im surprised i even went there, but my curiosity made me wanna see what they were up to. under a thread titled "perfected commercial lien" which was posted back in May, a guy said he had a perfected commercial lien using the redemption stuff and wanted to know how to enforce it. Sui juris stated " why enforce it, you own the stuff now, just go get the sheriff and get yours". there was no response.my point being, why do all this paperwork if u havent the courage to go after your stuff

kgod999:

AFAIK, strict foreclosure info has been hard to come by. This is what made CTC3 an incomplete product.

If anyone has info on doing it, I'd like to read it.

BTW, you all should know there is someone else that goes by the suijuris screename over at aware and some other forums... this is about the only place I ever post except maybe to provide a link to suijuris.

Just thought now would be a good time to mention it...

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Heehee, sorry there SJ. I am the SuiJuris on Aware. I haven't been there in a while though. Hmm.. come to think of it, the last time was in May lol.

I would have been SJ on here too but .....well ...you know. Actually, I applied for that name on this site but didn't get an email back to complete registration....go figure.

Kgod999,

Thanks for the update on my reply. Nice to know I haven't missed anything.
