Which way is up?

I am new to this board. I have searched all over the internet looking to connect with someone somewhere that can give me a better understanding of Administrative Remedies & Commercial Liens. It appears the people here are able & willing to share their learning, especially without wanting BIG $$$$ & leading me astray. I think it a shame the way man has enslaved man in the name of doing right (Government). And they have had hundreds of years to do it or change their ways, yet they don’t change.



I am not looking for an easy quick out. I want to know what the steps are & why so I can make my own decisions. But there is sooooo much out there that I could spend the rest of my life time looking & it could be in the wrong direction.



Locally there are some doing Administrative Remedies & Commercial Liens, but they are not sharing either. They talk about & around it, but no one is willing to give a format to get started with like the forms & letter here on this site. So where is the first step to start understanding. What has been successful & what has failed & why?



I have been attending classes in my area, Chico, California, to learn & get a concrete direction on the different steps involved & what to study. Those here doing it just want to talk vague & secretive.



I did a Security Agreement, Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement, Private Agreement, Attachment Sheet, Private Collateral List.



Then I was told to send my UCC1 (Spokane, Washington) to the Auditor's Dept. where my STRAWMAN supposedly resides. From what I could tell with my research it resides at the Department of Health Services ???



Well, they finally rejected it & sent it back asking for a parcel #.



So, then I was instructed to send it to The Department of Licensing in Olympia. This is were the RCW's say that Transmitting Utilities are to be filed. Now I read on this site that the UCC1 is to be filed with the Sec. of Treasury ???



My partner sent their UCC1 to Salt Lake City, Utah & got back an acknowledgement letter, but they have everything in CAPITAL letters & didn't have all the information listed for the Financial Statement.



One of the local gurus said not to try to correct it by sending back another UCC1 highlighting the erroroneous entries. He said just accept it. But the bottom of the letter says to contact them if not in agreement. I think we should correct them, at least have it on record that we didn't agree with everything being in capital letters.



Then I asked about the Administrative Remedies & Commercial Liens, because the IRS is after me for not filing for 3 years (1999, 2000, 2001) They say I own over $50,000 because of interest. I have till end of August to answer. I have been sending IRS & 11 other places thick packets from Research Advocates (IRS Codebusters) & they ignore & don't answer them. And each one of these packets is costing me $100 after hiring Research Advocates for thousands to correct my IMF & clean things up. So I am really studying hard, but no one seems to want to give a solid place for me to go.



Also, in 2001 I put Exempt on my W-2, signed with Prejudice reserving all God given rights. A year later the IRS contacted my employer & instructed them to take out the max allowable that I couldn’t claim exempt (without my consent) & they sent me a letter saying I owed $500 for administrative fees for filing wrong. IRS Codebuster told me not to file a 1040 once they changed things or I would be back in the loop, so the IRS still has what they ILLEGALLY demanded from me via my employer. They are billing me $500 plus interest. I paid Research Advocates $100 for a response & of course I sent out the packets & everyone ignored them.



Plus, we joined PQI & Financial Solutions to resolve some creditor issues. It was supposed to take 3 - 6 months using their method (it cost us several thousand dollars). It is now approaching 2 years & now they want more BIG $$$ & they are not sure when it will end. We keep sending out letters asking the creditors to verify the debt, etc, but no response, except that we owe it. (No Proof)



I am reading soooooooooooo much I am starting to get confused. Can you please give me some assistance.



This site has some wonderful forms & letters, but I'm not sure which comes first & why. Is there an outline somewhere? This would be helpful so I would know which to study first to get the whole picture.

Welcome aboard!



It sounds like you have been on a rough ride. It would also appear that the "experts" charging you thousands of dollars have reduced your available time and funds more than the IRS has! That is sad, but I have observed many who are willing to take advantage of someone in need just for a quick buck, and I expect by now you are accustomed to hearing that the processes have failed because you "did it wrong."



Anyway, enough of that. It appears that your main problem now is your employer witholding funds and a potential confrontation of some kind with the IRS.



You will find that on this site, most do not promote one "process" to be a fix all for each situation, no matter how logical or appealing it may seem. Every situation has a unique set of facts, and I believe they must be disclosed and carefully considered before taking action.



In re to the withholding, I would expect that you have a good shot at a lawsuit against your employer. I would go to the court forum and start a new post with full details of the events surrounding the withholding and ask for any input. I believe Ice has dealt with this kind of situation in the past.



In re to the IRS, that is not something I generally get into. There are others here who are fighting battles with them and may be of some assistance. I would start a new post in the taxation forum explaining your history with the IRS and what you want to achieve, and see what others have to say.



As to the ucc paperwork you have filed, it appears that the "experts" are giving conflicting advce and informing you of many different ways to accomplish the redemption process. There are some members on this thread who follow ucc redemption - maybe they can tell you the "right way" to accomplish these things. Given your history, I doubt you need the disclaimer regarding these processes...

I forgot to mention - I have moved to Chico so I no longer work for the company I did.



Now I am looking for a job while I am studying so ferverently.

IN the download section you will find a case titled "Williamson v. Boulder Dam Credit Union"... read that case and you will find a clue within the first couple of paragraphs.



After you are "clued in" you will want to know more about how to hold your employer responsible for their actions.
