Sorry to chime in so late in this thread, but ive been busy.... and recently just returned to Sui Juris for one reason or another.... perhaps fate if you will and someone needs pointed in a direction I might serve to point them... or mayhaps it is I.

Anyhow I recived an email which i have reduced to a 16 page pdf doc and will attempt to attach, if I cannot I will place it on the net elsewhere and link to it I do not know of the validity of the document, but it might serve as a research point of taking off and finding out for some folks... I was not the author but i saved it for future reference. and now is the future of that time frame.
