Title vests on acceptance...

Without prejudice.
Anyone got cites or good reference material that I might not have concerning the principle of title vesting on acceptance rather than upon payment?

Fulltitle,

If you want title to vest at time of acceptance, then write it into your instruments and serve them, record them, and report the success stories.

Don't wait on some law. Be sovereign. Make your own law; the law is the contract, the contract is the law.

How about...

title vesting at time of service of process, however acceptance must be made and the acceptance conveys title nunc pro tunc the time of service of process.

Without Prejudice.
Appreciate your replies. I agree. But I wondered if there were some good references as I have been a bit busy to look such up.

I simply place a notice saying that title vests in the "'{acceptor}' for the benefit of {other}..." making acceptor trustee of the goods or services involved.
