DANGER IN COPYRIGHT

JERSEEE,

MY WHOLE POINT IS THIS. WHAT'S THE REAL BENEFIT IN COPYRIGHTING YOUR "ALL CAPS LEGAL FICTIONAL"?

IF I COPYRIGHT THE LEGAL FICTION "JOHN SMITH" BECAUSE John Smith IS ME IN FLESH AND BLOOD, WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO ALL THE OTHER John Smiths OUT THERE THAT WANT TO COPYRIGHT "JOHN SMITH"?

THIS MIGHT TURN INTO A REAL MESS. IS THIS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED KIND OF DEAL?

DANGER IN COPYRIGHT

Jerseee is right to protect yourself from financial predictors that is the whole senarios for been copyright your name. He don't matter how many john smith copyright their names, but the creditors will target the person who has the contract with them. If you dont't do business with the financial predictors they will not come after you or other john smith regardless how many john smith how there. The key factor "Protection"

DANGER IN COPYRIGHT

Charles got the point!!

PJT04,

What Charles said.

What you are thinking about how to use the copyright is not sovereign at all--that is more like tyranny. IT is like, I got it first so you can't use it! That is not the purpose of the copy in my opinion. I say opinion because folks use it the way the want to use it--then they get jammed up for using it in such a way.

Just protect yourself with it and not be an aggressor with it against your fellow man--you'll be fine.

DANGER IN COPYRIGHT

Jersee.

Whether it works or not I do not know. is it written down in comman law ? I do not know. I do know that once I recorded that copyright everything stopped coming. as far as commercial law goes, I could give a **** less ! satans law is that, satans law. if it's not Gods law it really does'nt have any bearing on me anymore as I have rescinded all contracts entered into with the great satan and returned all of HIS instruments of slavery back to HIM. Where's your proof of claim Mr. Satan ?? I do not recognize you, where's that verified complaint ?? where's that contract I entered into that gives you jurisdiction ? I know I still have much to learn, and I dont doubt it.

look at it this way, lets say you go do a dba as JOHN DOE and file it at the county. then you say your argument is that JOHN DOE isnt a strawman but is your corporate identity. Now, you will look less like a fool in court, but the problem again goes back to enforcement. im not wasting time with things that cannot be backed up. they aint afraid of the common law name copyright stuff, and any attorney or creditor who backs off just hasnt gotten the internal memo all the courts have, it reads " fry tha fool".

Squirrel,

I tried to explain to a member on this site that commercial law was the money changer's law and that it wasn't sanctioned by God--but of course--they dismissed it and justified the use of it to get remedy.

Now if you can see that--why can't they? Good eye.
