For those that would like to discuss Redemption methods

Hello,

For those of you that use Redemption processes I have found a forum at www.angelwiththeinkwell.org where we can discuss these matters without hindrance. I am not trying to take anyone away from this site and would never do such a thing. I recommend that those of you that are using this site continue to do so, as there is valuable info here to use. I am just putting out another forum with which we can discuss Redemption methods and ways to use the courts in the private and get our remedy. The forum is free just like this forum is. On the other forum I am known as want2bfree for anyone that is interested. Now Redemptionists have a place to go to share with one another.

Thank you,

iamfreeru2

Hello,

I may have jumped the gun on this and looks like the other forum is limited. I will let all know when I find out more. I am determined to find a site where we can all go and share Redemption strategies.

iamfree,

I don't mean to be a pain in your backside... but this kind of stuck out and is the relevant point to what I have stated in regards to the court v. redemption:

"... ways to use the courts in the private and get our remedy."

The court is a Public venue ... not a private one. Once the court is called upon by one of the parties the judicial procedures must be adhered to. If you believe that the court was called upon too soon... then motion (or petition even!) the court for time to finish your administrative process... but judicial procedure must be used.

Good luck with the search for a "redemption" forum.

Ice.

I am working on putting my own site together for those that would like to discuss Redemption.

I know that the courts are a public venue. You do not understand what I mean by private. What is so hard about understanding using the opposing attorney to represent the Defendant while the flesh and blood man is pulling the strings of the puppit in the private?Just because the courts are public does not mean the flesh and blood man has to enter therein. The flesh and blood man is private not part of the public. He does not need to go into the public sandbox.

I never said to not use the rules and procedures. I just do not use them myself in their venue. I let the ones that belong there use them. I choose to stay out of their sandbox. By appointing a fiduciary I can do that while directing what I want done. You guys are so enamored with being ruler, you are missing the point entirely.

If what I am doing is so wrong why has one Judge recused himself? There has been no other court date set yet either. Do not tell me it is beacuse the Judge not want to deal with the paperwork I gave him either. That is horse dung. He quit because he has too much knowledge and does not want to rule on this. I laid so much evidence on him by way of the fiduciary that is why he quit. It maid the record as well and I did not have to put it there. The fiduciary (opposing attorney) or the judge did. There are ways to get evidence on the record without the flesh and blood man doing it. I call that a victory and that is one judge knocked off the bench because he was given the truth and could not handle it.

You big guys on suijuris are just too full of yourselves and you self righteousness to see what is happening. What I am doing is working, but you refuse to see it. You've got blinders on and refuse to take them off. This is one reason why those of us that use Redemption methods that work need another forum where we can share without being ridiculed by others that did not know how to use Rdemption properly and have abandoned it. Just because you tried it and failed at it does not mean others that use it will fail. Have you ever thought that it was you who failed and not Redemption? Everything worthwhile requires the knowledge to be able to use it properly.

Who says something has to be in black and white to be a victory? I have told you that if they do not want it on the record they will keep it off. You know that what I say is the truth. There have been many cases not published because they do not want people to know about it. Too many people will be released form slavery if they are allowed to see. The United States v Alnutt is one such case.

The Angel with the Inkwell is Victoria-Joy and if any of you do not believe this Woman does NOT know her beans, YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN. This Woman conducts a seminar far better than many out there giving seminars. Her mind contains a wealth of law and information and many, many wins.

We dare say that any using this site has been through more than this Woman has been through with ATTORNEYS, JUDGES, COURTS, SHERIFFS, AND POLICE. She has devised more documents to help others than Carter has liver pills and has a helluva record of wins.

We have spent a great deal of FRNs over the years attending seminars and meetings in order to devise our own ways and methods and Victoria-Joy ranks right up there at the top.

She has suffered incarceration, endured mistreatment by public officials and police, and we can tell you she has come forth as a major leader in the Freedom Movement. Make no judgments until you have heard this woman and used some of her methods.

Iamfree,

First of all - YOU miss the greatest point of all --

IT ISN'T "THEIR" SANDBOX !!

The court belongs to us.

If you're so blind that you can't see that... then I don't know what to tell you.

And yup!!... there it is again... the ol' "you must have done it wrong" excuse.

Do you take me for a stupid man? I don't use redemption processes. I'm way to busy assisting people that have gotten into JAMS with the assistance of the "experts". We have posted one example of what happens and how nothing is "heard" when court procedure is not followed.

Have you ever thought that the reason the judge recused himself is because they have specific judges that handle this type of strategy? They do... believe it.

Our challenge for proof of redemption wins has not been answered. We still await the documentation of a win. Unlike the redemption crowd, we do not hold back info. It is all out in the open.

We are not in this for "personal" issues. We are not here to get out of OUR mortgage or some other "personal" debt eliminated. We are here with a single goal... to cause change. I cannot see how any change will occur with the use of redemption methods.

To understand this change I speak of... see Rory's thread in the Success Stories section of this forum. I doubt any redemption method will ever come close to that accomplishment.

We also understand how things will be kept "off the record"... that the courts will "seal" cases and such. But, what about the documentation that was used in order to get a case dismissed?... by the judge or opposing party? That isn't available? ANY WIN with documentation of any kind that will demonstrate that the "redemption process" was the cause for the win (hell, I take a "may have been the cause for the win") would be welcome. But we haven't seen anything in answer to our challenge. Nada.

Yeah, we're so full of ourselves and our self righteousness that we charging big bucks for all the work we do here. How much did the redemption knowledge you have gained cost you?... what's the going price for "redemption" methods these days anyway?

Good luck with your site. Of course, you may want to be careful about how much info you put out there. You wouldn't want to put a dent in anyones profits. (Maybe that's why this stuff is so secret?)

For those that would like to discuss Redemption methods

Ice,

The knowledge I have with Redemption has cost me very little compared to what I have lost using the law the way you do. I too am interested in people knowing the truth and I am not in this just to get out of my mortgage. I am in this so that my family and others can be free. I am not challenging the fact that there are wins in the public. I tell you there are wins in the private as well.

You say the court is not their sandbox. When they make the rules and have been since 1938 it is their sandbox. Don't give me this crap about the courts belonging to us either, as they have not since Erie v Tompkins. And yes I know they have judges that are being trained to handle certain situations. Does that mean they will win and we will lose. I am not stupid either.

There is a public side and there is a private side of things. Why do we have the Privacy Act? What does the IV Amendment say:

Quote:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Does the above not say we have the right to have our papers and effects as well as our houses and persons secure against unreasonable searches and seizures? Does that not mean we have the right to live privately without BB intrusion? I do not have to have my life put on the court record to be effective. Since when does my every move have to be tracked?

The public is BBs term. I have never been part of the public. The term public is based on the so******t democracy that has been forced upon us and is a communistic term. What ever happened to individual rights in the Republican form of government this nation was founded under?

I listen to you guys talk about going out to vote and that is reserved for US citizens only. It is based on majority rule under a s******tic democracy. The office of the President of the United States is not for the states united, but the Corporate US. If you want to vote for the President of the Corporation go right ahead and do so. The President does not represent me and never will till we become a nation under God again where all men are free to live their lives privately without Guvment intrusion. That will never happen!!!

The future is written and the outcome has been prophecied. There is no changing it. Tell me have things gotten better since we have all these sovereign rulers out there? I think not and has only gotten worse. You will never have enough people believe what you believe to effect a positive change.

The problem as I see it is the same problem that has been for thousands of years. It will be the same problem until the return of our Lord. When God is pushed out of the equation you can do all you want and you will fail every time. I do not care what law you follow. If it is not based on God's law it is futile. The courts of today and our country are not based on His law, but man's. When we start living according to God,s law then we will see Him heal our land.

For those out there that say keep this in the religious section, this is what I mean. God dserves our attention and pushing Him asside to the religious section is exactly why we are in the trouble we are in. If you don't think you need God in this you are sadly mistaken.

Ice,

One last thing. When I win you will get documentation of it. I will see to that. The win will be because of God not me. Who won David or Goliath? Was it by David's power or God's. Think about that.

I am not going to get into a discussion in regards to the religous aspects of any process.

As I said Good luck to you.

Meanwhile, we will be taking back our courts and our country so that it may return to the path it began on ... which was "one nation under God".

Ice,

Although, I too, would like to see it, It will never happen. Everything that happens, happens for a reason and nothing is by luck, coincidence or chance.
